イルター等により二次的に固気分離処理を施す場
合、目詰りを生じやすくて、不向きである等、各

で回収する事が可能であり、たとえバツクフイル
ター等を利用しても湿気による目詰りを回避する

利用する場合でも適用できながら、自然発火によ
る火災や爆発事故を確実に防止でき、全体とし
て、汎用性に優れると共に安全な固気分離装置を
