常に重大な事がらであつた。 Conventionally, artificial wood grain decorative veneers are produced by laminating and press-bonding a plurality of raw veneers using an adhesive between a pair of complementary templates of a desired shape to form a fritchie having an uneven shape, and then forming the fritchie. It was manufactured by removing the adhesive layer to create the desired wood grain pattern. Therefore, the wood grain pattern obtained as a decorative veneer is determined by the shape of the template used to layer and press-bond a large number of raw veneers to form a frittle. In relation to the planar wood grain pattern of the decorative veneer, how it was created was a very important matter.

法であつた。 Therefore, one method was implemented as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 49-62612 (Patent Application No. 105694-1982), in which the target wood grain pattern of the decorative veneer is first divided into contour lines, and then Copy the contour lines onto a sheet-like material such as a veneer, cut it into contour-by-contour units, and paste the sheets together again in descending order of the contour lines, as if creating a three-dimensional map, to create a wood grain pattern. The method was to reproduce it three-dimensionally and use it as a template for the template.

点を解決するためになされたものである。 However, in the above method, the process of reproducing the planar wood grain pattern of the manuscript into a three-dimensional uneven shape is complicated and time-consuming, and the process involves sequentially pasting together sheets cut along contour lines. During the process, a slight deviation in the adhesion position may result in a large deviation in the wood grain pattern, or the wood grain pattern may change little by little while flattening the stepped portions that occur in the parts where the sheet-like materials are sequentially pasted. There were problems such as difficulty in reproducing minute parts. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.

体的な型盤を作成することにある。 That is, in the present invention, a large number of sheet-like materials are laminated between flat plates using an adhesive, and then pressed and bonded to form a rectangular prism frit, and then the adhesive layer of the frit is formed into a desired wood grain pattern. It is characterized by cutting three-dimensionally to make it three-dimensional, obtaining a mold plate with an uneven shape, and then using the mold plate as a mother mold, a pair of templates with complementary uneven shapes are created from synthetic resin, casting, etc. This method involves creating a template for manufacturing artificial wood-grained decorative veneers, and its most distinctive feature is that the wood grain for the purpose of fritting is created by laminating and bonding sheet-like materials such as veneer, cardboard, and synthetic resin sheets in the shape of a rectangular column. The process involves creating a three-dimensional mold that becomes a matrix by cutting it into a pattern.
以下本発明を図面により詳述する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.

な厚さと、形状にしておかねばならない。 1 is a sheet-like material, such as a veneer, cardboard, or a synthetic resin sheet such as a vinyl chloride resin sheet, which has a uniform thickness and is easy to cut. The thickness of the sheet material 1 is not particularly limited, but if it is the same as the thickness of the raw material veneers to be laminated, the wood grain pattern appearing on the cut surface 3 of the template 4 as shown in FIG. This is preferable because it becomes the wood grain pattern of the decorative veneer as it is, and cutting work can be carried out easily. Note that the adhesive used for laminating the sheet material 1 may be a commonly used woodworking or synthetic resin adhesive, and it is preferable to add a coloring agent to the adhesive because the wood grain pattern becomes clearer. When cutting the fritchi 2 of the rectangular column, move from the base of the wood grain to the end while comparing the wood grain pattern of the target artificial wood grain decorative veneer with the wood grain pattern that appears on the cutting surface 3 of the fritchi 2. Cut three-dimensionally using a planer, hand sander, etc.
Obtain the desired mold plate 4. Then, using the template 4 as a matrix, a pair of complementary templates 5 as shown in FIG.
6 is made of synthetic resin, casting, etc. Furthermore, template 5,
6 is used to create fritches by molding multiple raw material veneers, so the thickness and shape should be such that they will not be easily deformed or damaged even when pressed with a pressure of at least 100 kg/cm 2 . I have to take care of it.
