Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は人工木目化粧単板を製造するために用
いる型板の作成方法に関し、特に型板の母型とな
る型盤を正確かつ容易に作成する方法に係る。

目模様となる様に剥削して製造されていた。従つ
て、化粧単板として得られる木目模様は多数枚の
原料単板を積層し、圧締接着してフリツチとする
ための型板の形状により決定されるため、型板の
凹凸形状を、目的とする化粧単板の平面的な木目
模様との関係において、どの様に作成するかは非
常に重大な事がらであつた。

方法で、まず目的とする化粧単板の木目模様を等
高線として区分し、その等高線を単板等のシート
状物に写し取り、それを等高線単位で切断し、ち
ようど立体的な地図を作る様に再び等高線の低い
順からそれらシート状物を順次貼り合せ、木目模
様を立体的に再現し、これを型板の母型とする方
法であつた。

点を解決するためになされたものである。

徴とする所は長方柱状に単板や厚紙、合成樹脂シ
ートなどのシート状物を積層接着したフリツチを
目的の木目模様となる様に切削して母型となる立
体的な型盤を作成することにある。

業が容易に実施出来て好ましい。なおシート状物
1の積層接着に用いる接着剤は、常用の木工用や
合成樹脂用接着剤で良く、接着剤中に着色剤を添
加すれば、より木目模様が明確になつて好まし
い。長方柱のフリツチ2を切削するに当つては目
的とする人工木目化粧単板の木目模様とフリツチ
2の切削面3に現われる木目模様とを見比べなが
ら木目の元口側から末口側へ向う様にプレーナー
や、ハンドサンダー等を用いて立体的に切削し、
目的とする型盤4を得る。ついで該型盤4を母型
として第3図に示す様な一対の補完する型板5,
6を合成樹脂や鋳物等で作成する。なお型板5,
6は多数板の原料単板を型付けしてフリツチを作
成するために用いるので、少くとも100Kg/cm2
度の圧力で圧締しても容易に変形や破損しない様
な厚さと、形状にしておかねばならない。
