である。A-3 Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention In the conventional device, as is well known, the wince has quality problems such as wrinkles, uneven color fluff, and fluff. We are trying to solve this problem by using a fabric processing machine, but this also applies to fabrics that have a wide variety of shapes, textures, and properties, so while it may be suitable for some types, it is often inappropriate for other types. At present, it is less versatile than winch, and in the field of natural fibers, especially wool and cotton, many still rely on winch.

Structure of the Invention B-1 Means for Solving the Problems In view of the above, the present invention provides an apparatus for processing an endless fabric by circulating and rotating a transfer section and a processing liquid reservoir section, in which a recess is provided at the upstream end. a processing liquid spray nozzle installed to face the recessed part of the fabric transfer section having In this invention, two types of fabric circulation paths are formed, one leading to the fabric and one leading to the transfer section without passing through the treatment liquid spray nozzle. The injection nozzle is inclined in the same direction, and the injection port of the injection nozzle is oriented in the same direction.

A wide transfer section 6 is created by the jetting force of the treatment liquid jetting nozzle 5.
The liquid is struck into a recess 6a provided at the upstream end of the processing liquid, and is then flowed rearward along with the processing liquid through a flat transfer section 6 that is continuous with the recess, and falls into the processing liquid reservoir section 1a.

ある。 In addition, in the usage method shown in FIG. 2, the fabric is pulled up from the treatment liquid reservoir 1a by a drive reel 8a while being guided by a guide rod 7, and an auxiliary reel 9a is driven by a variable speed motor 8b via a clutch 9b. It is dropped onto a wide flat transfer section 6 through the transfer section, and is flowed to the rear together with the processing liquid flowing through the transfer section, and falls into the stagnation section 1a. In the fabric transfer route shown in FIG. 2, the fabric may be dropped directly from the main drive reel 8a to the wide transfer section 6 without going through the sub-reel 9a. Note that the direction of the injection from the injection nozzle 5 can be slightly changed and the injection force can be adjusted.

がりロープジワや毛羽の発生を抑止できる。RO-3 Example Conventionally, as mentioned above, the liquid flow treatment method is suitable for relatively dense woven and knitted fabrics, but this is not the case for wool, which is a natural fiber, and the jetting force of the jetting nozzle 5 Increasing the jetting force will remove wrinkles, but rubbing it too much may roughen the surface and cause fuzz to form or change the structure. On the other hand, lowering the jetting force may cause rope wrinkles, and is only applicable to some worsted fabrics. However, for other worsted or woolen fabrics that are prone to rope wrinkles, the ends of the fabrics are bound to form a bag or a ball is placed inside the bag, and for other fabrics, the fabric is turned inside out using a long stick during processing. However, in the device of the present invention, worsted wool that is prone to rope creases is processed using a liquid flow treatment method, and even when a weak injection is performed, the injection nozzle 5, which is inclined toward the front side, is used instead of the injection nozzle 5, which is similarly inclined and has a wide liquid pool. The fabric is immersed in the liquid at point 6a, and at the same time, the fabric naturally spreads, thereby suppressing the occurrence of rope wrinkles and fuzz.

理出来る。 In addition, there is a risk that the structure of wool with less rope wrinkles may change even with the liquid flow treatment method shown in FIG. 1, but if it is treated with the treatment method shown in FIG. Since the liquid is submerged in the liquid reservoir of the transfer section 6, the processing liquid becomes a laminar flow in the flat area of the transfer section 6, and can be processed without changing the structure.
