If the soil allows for bare digging to the desired depth for burying the tank, the tank will be installed in the bare dug hole, the necessary piping will be provided, and earth and sand will be poured around the tank to bury the tank. However, various methods have been devised for burying materials in soft ground such as silt or sand that requires mountain retention. For example, a method of excavating by driving sheet piles, or shield piles, has been adopted. However, this shield pile construction method has the disadvantage that it is expensive and therefore increases the cost of burying the tank. Furthermore, in cases where the soil quality is even worse, such as sandy or sludge-like soil with a lot of water, even this shield pile method is not suitable, and other suitable burial methods have been desired.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances of the prior art, and its purpose is to provide a tank burying method that is suitable for all types of soil and can be implemented at low cost.

In order to achieve the above object, the method for burying a tank according to the present invention uses a box-shaped frame that can be assembled and disassembled and has a reinforcing frame. That is, the earth and sand from the lower part of the frame installed at the burial site is dug out, the frame is sunk to the required depth, and a foundation for installing the tank is created at the bottom of the frame. Then, the reinforcing frames of the frame are sequentially removed or assembled to prevent the side panels from collapsing, and the tank to be buried is installed on the foundation. The tank is then filled with earth and sand, and the frame components are pulled out to the ground. There are various embodiments of the tank burying method of the present invention, and these embodiments will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring now to FIGS. 1 to 3, it will be understood that the box-shaped frame A used for carrying out the method of the present invention is mainly composed of plates and H-beams. However, it is clear that the box-shaped frame body is not limited to the illustrated example, and any structure can be applied.

The side plates 1, 2, and 3, which are the constituent elements of the box-shaped frame A, consist of a corner side plate 1 and intermediate side plates 2, 3, as best shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, these side plates are constructed by connecting a plurality of plate members 24 to 35 in the vertical direction with connecting members 20, 21, 22, and 23 made of H-shaped steel. The side plates 1, 2, and 3 are as shown in FIG.
A corner side plate 1 is arranged at the corner part, and intermediate side plates 2 and 3 are arranged alternately at the middle part and are connected in a box shape (box shape without a bottom).
Through holes 38 are formed in the flange portions 36 and 37 of 1 and 22, and a plurality of bolt insertion holes 9 are formed at appropriate intervals on the side edges of the plates 24 to 32. And these are 4 as shown in Figure 2.
The upper and lower four sides of the channel steels 7 to 7 are assembled to an appropriate size using connecting means such as bolts and nuts (not shown). The side plates are made of thicker plates toward the bottom so that they can sufficiently withstand earth pressure (see Figure 3).

The side plates 1, 2, 3 are connected by removable coupling means such as bolts and nuts using channel steel, as described above, and by means of connecting brackets 8, 8, as shown in FIG. Since they are firmly connected, they can withstand the earth pressure during excavation, but for added safety, reinforcing frames are used.

The structure of the reinforcing frame or the number thereof is not limited to the example shown in the drawings, as with other components of the frame, but in the example shown, the reinforcing rods in the horizontal direction are located at the uppermost reinforcing rod 4, at an intermediate position. It consists of a reinforcing rod 4', a reinforcing rod 4'' at the lowest position, and a reinforcing rod 4'' at the bottom.
4', 4'' are made of H-beam steel like the connecting members 20 to 23 in order to reduce costs by using the same material, and the side plates 2, 3 are provided with mounting brackets 10, 4''.
11 and is adapted to be attached by means of connection such as bolts and nuts. In addition to this, stays 5 or auxiliary reinforcing rods 6 may be used as reinforcing materials, but these are not always necessary.

(4) By following steps (1), (2), and (3) above, frame A is lowered to the desired depth as shown in Figure 4D.
During this work, the side plates are made thicker as they go downwards, and a reinforcing frame is also used, so the work can be carried out safely and withstands the earth pressure of any soft ground. .

(9) Frame components such as reinforcing rods should be lifted to the ground using appropriate lifting equipment before being buried in earth and sand. After filling the earth and sand, use the hanging tool 40 to lower the side plate 1,
Pull out 2 and 3 to the ground. A suitable number of through holes 42 are formed in the upper part of the plate so that hooks (not shown) are inserted therein when the plate is pulled out (FIG. 4). The pulling force for the side plates 1, 2, and 3 is not large, but in order to pull them out with a small force, when filling earth and sand around the tank, it is possible to pull them out gradually according to the depth of filling. .

As explained above, according to the tank burying method of the present invention, the tank is buried using a box-shaped frame, so it is safe even in soft ground without using expensive items such as shield piles. This allows for burying work. In addition, the box-shaped frame components can be pulled out after burying work is completed, so they can be used many times by simply applying appropriate measures such as anti-corrosion treatment, thus reducing the cost of burying the tank. It is something. Furthermore, according to the method of the invention, any frame can be used. That is, it is also possible to use a frame that is simpler than the one shown in the drawings depending on the soil quality of the ground.
