く、また、新窓枠がアルミニウム製合金の場合、
旧窓枠との接触により腐食がし易く、しかも改装
後の窓開口が狭くなるという問題があつた。この
ため上記2つの改装方式と異なる改装方式として
旧窓枠の枠部を引き抜き、その後に新窓枠を取り
付けるようにする方式が特公昭60−54473号等に
より提案されている。ところが、この引き抜き方
式にあつては、旧窓枠が残存しないので前記カバ
ー方式の持つ欠点は解決でき、また前記はつり方
式ほどの工事の煩雑さ及び大規模化がないととも
に、亀裂の発生は少ないが、引き抜きに当たつて
単に枠外し装置で旧窓枠の枠部を引つ張つて引き
抜いていただけなので、引き抜き時の旧窓枠が取
り付けられていた建築構造体の表面部が剥落して
しまい、剥落部分を大幅に補修しなければなら
ず、工事が煩雑になるとともに、モルタルなどに
よつて建築構造体の補修工事を行わなければなら
ず、湿式工法となつていた。このように従来の引
き抜き方式のものでは湿式工法を伴つた引き抜き
工法であつたので、改装工事に手間がかかるとい

れぞれ取り付けた例を示したが、第2図のように
枠部1aに引掛部1bがない場合には枠部1aに
孔1dをあけてこの孔1dに取り付け部6を挿入
して取り付けるようになつている。なお第2図の
ように屋内側と屋外側との取り付け部6の間の距
離が調整できるように矢印方向の寸法調整が可能
なようにしておくと各種の幅の枠部1aに取り付
けることができるものである。しかして上記のよ
うな各実施例のものはいずれも両側の脚30の先
端の当て部材21を建築構造体2に当てた状態
で、枠部1aの屋外側と屋内側とにそれぞれ取り
付け部6を取り付け、その後移動体24に設けた
ハンドル24aを操作して移動体24を移動さ
せ、枠部1aの屋外側と屋内側とを取り付け部6
により同時に引つ張つて引き抜くのである。この
ようにして各枠部1aをそれぞれ別々に引き外し

種々の取り付け方法により新窓枠3を取り付けて
よいものである。また旧窓枠1を除去した除去後
の凹所には断熱材62が充填される。断熱材とし
ては凹所にウレタンのような発泡合成樹脂を注入

壁面に対して傾くことなく直角に引き抜かれると
共に引き抜き力が加わる枠部の屋外側側面部と屋
内側側面部との近傍の各建築構造体の壁面が養生
されてバランスよく奇麗に引き抜くことができる
ものである。したがつて本発明の装置を用いれば
工事が簡略化できるとともに、モルタルによる補
修をしなくてもよいので、工事が乾式でできて工
事に要する時間を大幅に短縮できるという利点が
