Description
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明はダンパー材を刷子に溶着した直流モー
タの刷子防振装置に関する。
〔従来技術〕
従来この種の刷子防振装置では刷子にダンパー
材としてゴム材を両面粘着テープで張り付けてい
た。
従つて自動化が難しい。粘着テープは夏場
べとついて作業が困難になる。ゴム材を使用し
ている為整流子に悪影響を与える硫化ガスが出
る。粘着テープが高温使用時にダレを生じ、刷
子圧力が変化する等の不具合があつた。
〔発明の目的〕
本発明は上記不具合に鑑み、ダンパー材を改良
して刷子に張り付けを機械で自動化可能にして生
産性を向上し、刷子や整流子等の寿命を延長さ
せ、防振効果の向上を図つた直流モータの刷子防
振装置を提案することである。
〔発明の構成〕
本発明は、整流子に摺接する刷子にダンパーを
設けた直流モータにおいて、スチレン系エラスト
マーを主成分とし、このエラストマー中に5〜50
部の粘着付与剤を混合したダンパー材を上記刷子
に熱溶着または超音波溶着により一体的に設けた
ことにある。
〔実施例〕
以下、図示の一実施例で本発明を説明する。第
1図で直流モータMは有底筒状のステータケース
1の内周面に円環状の永久磁石からなるステータ
2を嵌着し、このステータ2の内部に僅かな空隙
を介してロータ3を配設し、このロータ3には複
数の図示しないスロツトを設けて駆動コイル4を
巻回し、ロータ3の中心には回転軸5を装着し、
この回転軸5上に整流子6を並設固定し、整流子
6の周面には側板7に絶縁板8を介して一端を取
り付けた一対の刷子9,9の先端を摺接してい
る。上記刷子9,9には第2図のようにダンパー
材10を一体的に溶着固定して刷子防振装置を構
成している。
上記側板7は平板状の鉄板からなり、中央に凹
所7aを形成してこの凹所7aに一方の軸受11
を装着し、ステータケース1に設けた図示しない
軸受とで上記回転軸5を軸承している。又、凹所
7aの底部にはスラスト座板12を設けて回転軸
5の先端を当接してスラスト軸受を構成してい
る。
上記ダンパー材10はスチレン系エラストマー
(例えば商品名AR−740B)を主成分とし、この
主成分中に粘着付与剤と補剤のカーボンブラツ
ク、老化防止剤、耐候剤を第1表のように配合し
て混合成形している。粘着付与剤としては次の中
から1種又は2種以上を使用する。
(i)脂肪族系炭化水素(例えば商品名エスコレツ
ツ1315)、(ii)脂肪族/脂環族系炭化水素、(iii)脂肪
族/芳香族系炭化水素(例えば商品名エスコレツ
ツ2200)、(iv)芳香族系炭化水素(例えば商品名タ
ツキフアイヤー101)、(v)水添脂環族系炭化水素
(例えば商品名クイントンU−185)、(vi)脂環族系
炭化水素
[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a brush vibration isolator for a DC motor in which a damper material is welded to the brush. [Prior Art] Conventionally, in this type of brush vibration isolator, a rubber material was attached to the brush as a damper material using double-sided adhesive tape. Therefore, automation is difficult. Adhesive tape becomes sticky in the summer, making it difficult to work with. Since rubber material is used, sulfide gas is emitted which has a negative effect on the commutator. There were problems such as the adhesive tape sagging when used at high temperatures and the brush pressure changing. [Object of the Invention] In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention improves the damper material so that it is possible to automate the pasting on brushes with a machine, thereby improving productivity, extending the life of brushes, commutators, etc., and improving the vibration-proofing effect. The purpose of this invention is to propose an improved brush vibration isolator for a DC motor. [Structure of the Invention] The present invention provides a direct current motor in which a damper is provided on a brush that comes into sliding contact with a commutator.
The damper material mixed with a tackifier is integrally attached to the brush by heat welding or ultrasonic welding. [Example] The present invention will be described below with reference to an illustrated example. In Fig. 1, a DC motor M has a stator 2 made of an annular permanent magnet fitted on the inner circumferential surface of a stator case 1 having a bottomed cylindrical shape, and a rotor 3 is inserted into the stator 2 through a small gap. The rotor 3 is provided with a plurality of slots (not shown) and a driving coil 4 is wound therein, and a rotating shaft 5 is mounted at the center of the rotor 3.
A commutator 6 is arranged and fixed in parallel on the rotating shaft 5, and the tips of a pair of brushes 9, 9, each having one end attached to a side plate 7 via an insulating plate 8, are in sliding contact with the circumferential surface of the commutator 6. As shown in FIG. 2, a damper material 10 is integrally welded and fixed to the brushes 9, 9 to constitute a brush vibration isolator. The side plate 7 is made of a flat iron plate, and has a recess 7a formed in the center, and one of the bearings 11 is placed in the recess 7a.
The rotary shaft 5 is supported by a bearing (not shown) provided in the stator case 1. Further, a thrust seat plate 12 is provided at the bottom of the recess 7a, and the tip of the rotary shaft 5 is brought into contact with the thrust seat plate 12 to form a thrust bearing. The damper material 10 has a styrene elastomer (for example, trade name AR-740B) as its main component, and contains a tackifier, an adjuvant carbon black, an anti-aging agent, and a weathering agent as shown in Table 1. It is then mixed and molded. As the tackifier, one or more of the following may be used. (i) Aliphatic hydrocarbons (e.g. trade name Escorets 1315), (ii) aliphatic/alicyclic hydrocarbons, (iii) aliphatic/aromatic hydrocarbons (e.g. trade name Escorets 2200), (iv) ) aromatic hydrocarbons (e.g. trade name Tatsuki Fire 101), (v) hydrogenated alicyclic hydrocarbons (e.g. trade name Quinton U-185), (vi) alicyclic hydrocarbons
本発明は上述のようにダンパー材を改良して刷
子に機械で張り付ける自動化可能として生産性を
向上し、ダンパー材によつて従来のゴム材による
硫化ガスの発生がないので接点障害の危険性がな
くなり、粘着テープの高温時におけるダレがなく
なつて刷子の寿命が延長され、防振効果が向上さ
れる等実用上優れた効果を奏する直流モータの刷
子防振装置を提供することが出来る。
