One is to make the resin function as an electrical insulating material and a structural material at the same time in order to pursue economic efficiency during manufacturing. The other is to improve environmental deterioration resistance such as corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, and chemical resistance. This is because we hope to improve various performance such as improving the vibration absorption properties of resin and applying it to low-noise motors. Alternatively, the purpose may be to improve safety such as double insulation and non-ignition properties, or to improve reliability in terms of insulation life.

As shown in the figure. In FIG. 1, a coil 2 attached to an iron core 1 is embedded in a resin mold part 3 constituting a stator housing, and is integrally rigidized with the iron core 1 to form a stator. At this time, the stator has a function necessary for housing the rotor 4 and maintaining the rotation function. That is, a stator housing is formed by holding a bearing support part (hereinafter referred to as a bracket) 7, which accommodates a bearing 6 that supports a shaft 5 that is integrally fixed to the rotor 4, with a resin mold part 3. Further, a motor mounting mechanism (hereinafter referred to as a flange) 8 is also constructed from the resin molded portion 3 and is formed as a stator housing. 9 is a lead wire connected to the coil 2. The bracket 7 or flange 8 is made of aluminum,
It may be constructed using iron or other inserts, or it may be formed integrally with the resin mold part 3.

However, lead wires made by bundling several stranded wires are not sufficient to prevent moisture or water from entering between the single wires, and in particular, dew drops may sometimes occur on the lead wires and are located above. When the resin mold is in use, the water droplets that are generated inevitably penetrate into the resin mold, causing a decrease in electrical insulation.

In other words, a tube containing enough hot melt resin to completely fill the gap between the single wires is used, and the lead wire is made completely airtight during the resin molding process at the same time as the resin molding process, depending on the mold temperature during resin molding. In order to simplify the process, there is provided a resin mold motor having a lead wire with excellent water resistance and using a heat shrink tube as the tube.

ましい。 An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. In the figure, 9a is a single wire, which is made of a heat-resistant vinyl wire, a silicone glass insulated wire, or the like. 9b is a heat-resistant tube, including a silicone resin-impregnated glass tube, a silicone resin tube,
It is composed of saturated polyester resin tubes, etc. 9c is a hot melt resin, and after pressure melting,
As shown in the figure, it fills in between the single wires. This hot melt resin 9c needs to have sufficient heat resistance, adhesiveness, and elasticity, and is preferably one that melts at a temperature close to 140 to 170°C, which is the temperature during resin molding.
