Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a rush current generated in the case of inserting a hot-wire by providing two types of long and short terminals of a connector for current supply, and energizing the long terminal to be engaged earlier through an electric resistor. CONSTITUTION:The lengths of connector terminals 4, 6 of an electronic circuit board 1 which are mounted on a main printed circuit board 2, connected through the board 2 and a connector 3 and supplied from a power source include two types of long and short ones. The long terminal 4 is connected to the power terminal 11 of the board 2, supplied through an electric resistor 5, a bypass capacitor 10 which may cause a rush current is charged to suppress the flow of a large current by the resistor 5, and then the short terminal 6 is connected to the terminal 12 of the board 2 to be normally supplied. Thus, a rush current at the time of inserting the hot-wire can be reduced.

On the other hand, as described in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 188998/1983, a power supply connector is installed in addition to the connector with the main printed circuit board, and when inserting a live wire, connect the power supply connector to supply power to the electronic circuit board in advance. There was a method of inserting it into the main printed wiring board in the state that it was left in place, but as a means to prevent the rush current that occurs when the supply line is connected to
As described in Japanese Patent No. 00, a method of controlling the inrush 11t flow using a transistor or the like has been considered.

For this reason, simply controlling the connection order of the power supply, ground line, and signal line cannot follow the rapid fluctuations in the power supply caused by the rush current flowing into the bypass capacitor, resulting in noise. Furthermore, JP-A No. 61-188998 v
The method described in c requires complicated manual operations and cannot be used as a countermeasure against the rush current. Furthermore, JP-A-62-
The inrush current prevention method described in 76800VC not only complicates the circuit, but also requires a semiconductor element between the connector and the electronic circuit, which causes electronic drop and makes voltage setting complicated.
Particularly when a large number of similar electronic circuit boards are mounted on a main printed wiring board, there are problems such as variations in the vct pressure for each electronic circuit board due to the voltage drop.

Means for Solving the C-Line Problem] The above purpose is to provide two types of long and short terminals for the connector that is mounted on the printed wiring board and supplies power to the printed wiring board through it, so that the connector can be connected quickly. This is achieved by a hot insertion method for electronic circuit boards in which long mating terminals supply power to the printed wiring board via electrical resistance, and time delays (short mating terminals continue to supply power as is).

In other words, the longer terminal is first connected to the IT terminal of the main printed wiring board, and this tVC, which supplies power through electrical resistance, charges the bypass capacitor that causes the inrush current. Prevents the dog from flowing. Thereafter, the short terminal is connected to the terminal of the main printed wiring board to carry out full-scale power supply, but since the VC bypass capacitor is already charged, no large current flows and inrush current can be prevented.

Because of the operation described above, the present invention has an extremely simple structure and can reduce the inrush current when a live wire is inserted, and does not require any circuitry in the power supply system during normal operation. Since the voltage applied to the terminal 6V'c is transmitted to the electronic circuit without dropping, it does not affect the electrical IEEEu constant. Therefore, it is possible to provide an electronic circuit board that can be inserted into a live wire, which is excellent in terms of temperature and economy.

1. An electronic circuit mounted on a main printed wiring board, connected to the main printed wiring board via a connector, connected to signals and powered by the connector, and operated by mounting electronic components such as logic elements. In the board live wire insertion method, the length of the terminal of the connector is at least longer. Two types of short terminals are provided, and the mating time of the connector terminals is changed, and the long terminal that is mated quickly is connected to supply power to the electronic component through electrical resistance, and the other terminal is mated slowly. The electronic device is characterized in that the mating short terminals have two power supply circuits that are directly connected to supply power to the electronic components, thereby preventing disturbance to the power supply system of the main printed wiring board when a live wire is inserted.
