The need arose. There is also a liner type that makes it easy to replace a worn grinding section, but this has the problem of being wasteful and costly because the entire grinding section must be replaced even if there are still areas with little wear.

Moreover, it can be easily adjusted.

である。 The crushing section S of this example shown in FIG. 1 is constructed by assembling a large number of square rod-shaped hard bodies 1,... made of wear-resistant steel in parallel in three stages, and the end surface 1a of each hard body 1 is inclined. Grind the end face of the rod group by
It is called Sc. Then, the rod group is bound and fixed by bolts 3 on both sides using upper and lower tightening fittings 2.
Therefore, by loosening the bolts 3, each hard body 1 can move forward and backward in the direction of its arrangement, and can be inserted and removed.

A rod 5a of a hydraulic cylinder 5 provided on the machine body is fixed to a mounting member 6 connected between the clamping fittings 2 of the crushing section Sb. As a result, the crushing section is activated by the operation of the hydraulic cylinder 5.
Sb swings in a direction perpendicular to the opposing crushing surface Sc. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 3, when the gravel K falls from the hopper 7 between the crushing surfaces Sc, the vibration of the crushing part Sb crushes the gravel K strongly between the crushing surface Sc and the gravel, resulting in fine particles. It becomes Ka and falls.

If the Sc wears unevenly as shown in Fig. 4 and becomes unusable, all you have to do is loosen the fastening fitting 2 and push the hard part of the worn area toward the grinding surface. The pulverized surface Sc of what remains is completely corrected and becomes suitable for use. In reality, as shown in Fig. 4, the hard body 1 is placed on the backing material 8 with the backing material 8 interposed between the opposing crushing surfaces Sc.
You can easily adjust it by pushing it out until it touches the.

For example, regardless of the size and shape of the hard bodies forming the crushing surface, there are no limitations on the state of collection of the hard bodies as the crushing part. In addition, the shape of the crushing part or the crushing surface may be any shape as long as it is passed through a crusher.
The crushing section may have a structure in which hard bodies are bundled together as shown in the figure.

粉砕機における粉砕面の補正方法である。 In short, the present invention aggregates wear-resistant hard materials to form the crushing surface of the crusher, and pushes out the hard materials forming the crushed surface in the worn parts toward the crushing surface side, thereby shaping the entire crushing surface into a predetermined shape surface. This is a method for correcting a grinding surface in a grinder, which is characterized by correcting the grinding surface in a grinder.

ある画期的な発明である。(Effects of the Invention) Therefore, according to the present invention, since the crushing section is formed by gathering the hard bodies, even if the crushing surface is worn out, the crushing surface can be quickly corrected by pushing the hard bodies toward the crushing surface. It has the great effect of allowing the hard body to be used until it becomes short, and it can be easily adjusted to a new crushing surface without having to replace the crushing surface unlike conventional methods. This is a revolutionary invention.
