As shown in FIG. 4, a flexible paint pressure-feeding hose 4 is connected to the rear end of the paint supply hole 2 provided diagonally through it via a swivel joint 3.
is connected to a paint pressure pump (not shown).
The tip of the paint supply hole 2 is bent horizontally, and a hollow steel pole 6 is connected thereto via a nipple 5, and the rear end of the elongated valve operating rod 7 inserted through the hollow feeds the paint. It protrudes from the middle of the supply hole 2 to the outside of the gripping body 1, enters the gripping body 1 again, and is connected to an operating body 9 that is slidably fitted into a device hole 8 formed at the rear of the gripping body 1. This operating body 9 is a spring 1
The trigger 12 is urged to the right in the figure by an elastic force of 0, and is engaged with the base 12a of the trigger 12, which is pivotally connected to the center of the upper part of the grip 1 by the shaft 11.
A starting switch 1 connected to the tip of a control cable 13 connected to a starting circuit of a high voltage source (not shown)
4 is fixed to a holding cylinder 15 screwed into the device hole 8, and a movable contact 16 at the tip thereof is adapted to be able to abut against the rear end of the actuating body 9. The tip of pole 6 is the third
As shown in the figure, it is connected to a paint passage 19 formed in a highly insulating synthetic resin body 18 via a nipple 17, and the tip of the valve operating rod 7 is connected to a paint passage 19 with a valve body 21 fixed to the tip. The valve body 21 constitutes an on-off valve 23 corresponding to a valve seat 22 fixed to the tip of the paint passage 19 . A synthetic resin cylinder 25 with a high resistance 26 inside is fitted into a blind hole 24 formed in the upper part of the body 18 in parallel with the paint passage 19, and is locked with a nut 27, and the rear end is fitted with a metal fitting 28. It is fixed to the pipe 6 by. A groove 29 is formed at the tip of the body 18, and the base of the head body 30 made of synthetic resin is tightly fitted into the groove 29.
It is swingably supported by a pin 32 at the tip of a synthetic resin screw body 31 screwed into the slot 29 of the body 18 from one side. Split groove 29 in fuselage 18
On the other side, a device hole 33 is formed which communicates with the discharge hole 37 of the on-off valve 23 and the center hole 38 of the head body 30. A ring-shaped seal 36 is pressed against the side surface of the head body 30 to prevent paint from leaking from the joint surface.
At the tip of the head body 30, there is a small diameter nozzle hole 3 at the tip.
A nozzle tip 40 having a number 9 formed therein is attached by a retainer 42 through a cylindrical seal 41 so as to be aligned with the center hole 38, and is fixed by a hub nut 43 to constitute a nozzle head 51.
Furthermore, a conductive wire 45 that is electrically connected with high resistance is embedded in the tip of the blind hole 24 via a conductive packing 44.
This conductive wire 45 is electrically connected to a conductive wire 48 embedded in the head body 30 via conductive gaskets 46 and 47 that are in sliding contact with each other, and is further embedded in the retainer 42 via a conductive gasket 49 at the tip. an electrode 5 whose tip protrudes near the nozzle tip 40;
Conducted to 0. The high resistance 26 is connected to a high voltage source (not shown) by a high voltage cable 52 connected to the rear end of the cylindrical body 25, and this high voltage cable 52 is routed parallel to the pipe 6 and is connected to the base of the pipe 6. It is fixed by a metal fitting 54 and routed along the outer surface of a curved plate 53 that protects the trigger 12, and the remaining portion is tied to the control cable 13.

When the grip 1 is grasped and the trigger 12 is pulled, it rotates clockwise around the shaft 11, and the actuating body 9, which engages with its base 12a, moves to the left in the figure against the elasticity of the spring 10. The valve body 2 together with the valve operating rod 7 and the valve rod 20
1 moves to the left, it separates from the valve seat 22 and opens the on-off valve 23, and the paint pump (not shown) moves to the paint pressure feed hose 4, paint supply hole 2, and pole 6.
The high-pressure liquid paint pumped through the paint passage 19 enters the head body 30 through the discharge hole 37 and the device hole 33, passes through the center hole 38 and the seal 41, and is discharged at high velocity from the nozzle hole 39 of the nozzle tip 40. At the same time, the operating body 9 presses the movable contact 16 to close the starting switch 14, and a signal sent through the control cable 13 starts a high voltage source (not shown). death,
A high voltage supplied from the high voltage cable 52 is applied to the electrode 50 via the high resistance 26, and is ejected from the nozzle tip 40 due to the action of a high potential electrostatic field formed between it and the object to be coated (not shown). The atomized paint is guided toward the object to be coated and is applied. When the trigger 21 is released, the valve operating rod 7 moves back to the right in the figure together with the operating body 9 due to the elasticity of the spring 10. At the same time as the on-off valve 23 closes and the spraying of paint stops, the start switch 14 opens and the application of high voltage to the electrode 50 is released.

In the electrostatic painting pole gun of the present invention, a flexible paint pressure feeding hose is connected to one end of the paint supply hole provided in the grip, and a hollow pole is connected to the other end, and the paint is supplied into the pole. Insert the valve operating rod from the middle of the hole, and insert the high voltage source start switch.
The switch and a trigger for interlockingly driving the valve operating rod are installed on the grip body, and an on-off valve connected to the valve operating rod is attached to a body made of an insulating material attached to the tip of the pole. , a high resistance connected to the high voltage source via a cable routed along the pole, and a nozzle head made of an insulating material and equipped with a nozzle tip and an electrode is swingably attached to the body; The on-off valve and the nozzle tip communicate with each other at the center of oscillation of the nozzle head, and the high resistance and the electrode communicate with each other at a sliding contact surface between the body and the nozzle head, The gripping body equipped with a trigger and the body equipped with a nozzle and on-off valve are connected by a hollow pole with a valve operating rod inserted inside. Furthermore, since the nozzle head can be swiveled, you can change the direction of the nozzle head and easily paint high places on ceilings and walls. Moreover, it is possible to insulate the body and nozzle head. Because it is made of material, there is no risk of electric shock even if you accidentally come into contact with the object being painted.
It has excellent effects on work efficiency and safety.
