本発明は自動製図機のペン即ち筆記具の駆動装
置に関する。本発明の目的は、ペンの上昇位置を
二段階に設定し、作図時におけるペンの上昇位置
を低い方の段階に設定することによつてペンのア
ツプダウン速度を高め、高速で自動製図を行うこ
とができるようにするとともに、用紙の張り替え
をする時や、ペンを上昇させた状態でヘツドを図
板面に沿つて移動制御するときは、ペンの上昇位
置を高い方の段階に設定することによつてペン先
が不用意に用紙に触れないようにすることであ

降装置26の中の一つを第2図を参照して説明す
る。28,30は、ヘツド基板32に固設された
ガイド軸であり、これに昇降板34の孔が摺動自
在に嵌合し、該昇降板34にはボールペンから成
る筆記具36が取付けられている。38は基板3
2に透設された縦穴に摺動自在に支持された昇降
軸であり、これの下部は前記昇降板34に固定さ
れ、該昇降軸38はコイルばね40,42の弾力
によつて上方向に付勢されている。46はヘツド
基板32に固定されたブラケツトであり、これに
第二のソレノイド44が固定されている。ソレノ
イド44の駆動軸48の下端は前記昇降軸38の
上端に当接している。駆動軸48にはストツパー
盤50が固定され、該ストツパー盤50がソレノ
イド44のケーシングの上面に当接した状態にお
いて、前記筆記具36の先端がテーブル2面上の
画紙に弾接するように設定されている。52は基
板32に固定されたブラケツト54に固定された
第一のソレノイドであり、これの駆動軸56の下
端は前記駆動軸48の上端に当接し、該軸56の
上端はヘツド基板32に設けられたストツパー面
58にコイルばね40,42の弾力によつて弾接

とができ、画紙のテーブル2面に対する出し入れ
を容易に行うことができる。尚、上記ソレノイド
44,52の替りにロータリソレノイドを用いて
も、筆記具の上昇位置を二段階に設定することが
可能である。尚、本発明の実施に際しては、テー
ブル2の上面は作画面を構成しているが、作画面
を構成する手段はテーブル2に特に限定されるも
のではない。また、ソレノイド52は、作画面に
対して接離方向に筆記具36を駆動するための第
一の駆動手段52を構成し、ソレノイド44は、
第二の駆動手段44を構成している。該駆動手段
