(b) Background of the Technology As integrated circuit technology advances, these integrated circuits and other electronic components tend to become smaller, and these components tend to be mounted on printed circuit boards with higher density. Therefore, a large number of patterns are required for printed boards, and printed boards are made to have multiple layers. However, there is a limit to the multilayering of printed boards due to cost considerations, and unaccommodated patterns occur within the printed board, and these unaccommodated patterns are supplemented with jumper wires. On the other hand, with the diversification of circuit functions, there are many changes to patterns planned at the initial stage, and such pattern changes have no choice but to be implemented in jumper wires.

(c) Prior art and problems FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a conventional wiring method.
In the figure, through holes 2 1 and 2 2 of the printed board 1 have lead terminals 5 1 and 5 of the mounted component 4, respectively.
5 2 were inserted, respectively, and were in contact with patterns 3 1 and 3 2 , respectively. In order to connect the lead terminal 5 1 to another through hole with a jumper wire 6 without connecting it to the pattern 3 1 , cut a part of the pattern 3 1 with a drill etc., cut it at 3 1 a, and then After melting and draining the solder in the through hole 2 1 , insert the exposed end portion 6 a of the jumper wire 6 into the through hole 2 1 and solder it again.
It is connected to the through hole 2 2 together with the lead terminal 5 1 .

However, the terminal part of the jumper wire mentioned above,
It is inefficient to manually insert and solder each time, and manual soldering is
There is a risk that the solder may shoot other patterns. On the other hand, if you insert the ends of the jumper wires into all the necessary through-holes, fill them with solder after completing the wiring, and then solder them at the same time, the soldering work will be more efficient. However, there is a sufficiently large gap between the jumper wire and the through-hole, and because of this, there is a risk that the jumper wire may come out of the through-hole due to vibration or the like before the solder is deposited, reducing the reliability of the connection.

(e) Structure of the Invention In order to achieve this object, the present invention comprises a guide plate in which guide pins are planted in correspondence with the through holes of the printed board, and the end portions of the jumper wires are inserted into the axial holes. Selectively insert into through holes,
The tube-shaped connection pin to be soldered is provided with a slit in the axial direction from each end face, and the jumper wire is drawn out from one of the slits, and each of the selected jumper wires is Insert the terminal portion into the connecting pin, and selectively fit the end of each connecting pin on the side from which the jumper wire is pulled out into the guide pin, so that all the jumper wires are connected on the guide plate. After completing the wire wiring configuration, the guide plate is assembled to the printed board, and the respective connection pins are simultaneously inserted into the corresponding through holes and soldered.

In FIG. 3, the connecting pin 10 is made of a conductive metal tube, the inner diameter of the axial hole 10a is such that it can be easily inserted into and removed from the guide pin 9, and the outer diameter is such that the lead terminal 5 1 can be inserted into the through hole 2 1 . The dimensions are such that it can be inserted with the When the connecting pin 10 is inserted into the through hole of the printed board 1, a slit 11a whose width is wider than the outer diameter of the core wire of the jumper wire is provided below the upper end surface of the connecting pin 10, parallel to the axis. ing. Further, a slit 11b having a length desirably longer than the thickness of the printed board 1 is provided above the lower end surface of the connecting pin 10 in parallel with the axis.

To configure the wiring of the jumper wire on the guide plate 7, as shown in FIG. 4, insert the end portion 6a of the exposed core wire of the jumper wire 6 into the axial hole 10a from the slit 11a side of the connecting pin 10, Slit 11b
After inserting the jumper wire 6 until it substantially coincides with the side end surface, the jumper wire 6 is bent at a substantially right angle at the bottom of the slit 11a. By doing so, the connecting pins 10 can be easily attached to both ends of the jumper wire 6. Next selected guide pin 9 1
Insert the slit 11a side of one of the connecting pins 10 of the jumper wire 6 into the slit 11a side. Next, connect pin 1 of the other side.
0 into other selected guide pins (not shown) in the same way. It goes without saying that the jumper 6 can be bent as desired to wire the components mounted on the printed circuit board.

After the wiring configuration of all the jumper wires is completed on the guide plate 7, as shown in FIG.
are assembled above the printed board 1, guide pins corresponding to each of the selected through holes are opposed, and the slit 11b side of the connecting pin inserted into the tip of each guide pin is inserted. Since the end portion 6a of the jumper wire 6 is accommodated in the slit 11b of the connecting pin 10, insertion is extremely easy. Also, since the end portion 6a of the jumper wire 6 is inserted into the through hole, the guide plate 7 can be pushed upward. Even if it is pulled up, the connection pin 10 remains on the printed board 1 in a state where it is planted in the through hole. Therefore, the structure of the jumper wire formed on the guide plate 7 can be transferred to the warped printed board 1. Thereafter, the printed board 1 is soldered, and each lead terminal and the end of the jumper wire are connected by soldering at the through-hole portion. Furthermore, slit 11
Since b is formed, the end portion of the jumper wire is reliably soldered to the inner wall of the through hole.
