Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、アルミニウム合金製押出形材等の金
属製の被処理物に塗装された塗膜の乾燥室を含む

該乾燥装置が乾燥室3の上部に開閉扉4を有する
ものとはいえ、乾燥室3の上部から被処理物5を
出し入れする度に、その開口部から乾燥室3内の
熱が放散してしまうので、熱エネルギーの損失が
大きく乾燥効率が低下する問題点を有していたの
である。この問題を解決するために上部開口面積
を出来るだけ小さくすることが提案されている
が、おのずと限度があり熱の放散を確実に阻止す

は、塗装処理及び乾燥処理を施す必要のある被処
理物と必要のない被処理物があることに鑑み、い
ずれの被処理物にも同一ラインで効率よく搬送し
得る表面処理装置を提供することを目的とするも

搬送装置と乾燥室内搬送装置に被処理物を受け渡
しする被処理物搬入用昇降装置及び被処理物搬出
用昇降装置を乾燥室に併設したことを特徴とする

理物の出入りにかかわりなく常時乾燥室内の焼付
け乾燥温度を保持することができるので、熱エネ
ルギー損失はほとんど生じることのない実益を有
しているのであり、表面処理工場における省エネ
ルギー対策に貢献し、ランニングコストの低減を

用昇降装置を乾燥室に併設したので、乾燥処理を
必要としない被処理物は上記乾燥室外搬送装置に
よつて、乾燥室を経ることなく直接後工程へ搬送
し得るのであり、一方乾燥処理を必要とする被処
理物は、上記乾燥室内搬送装置及び両昇降装置に
よつて所定の乾燥処理を施された後、上記乾燥室
外搬送装置によつて後工程へ搬送し得る。従つ
て、被処理物に応じた効率のよい搬送が可能とな

パクトで安価な表面処理装置を提供することがで
