【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は自動車等に用いて好適なシートに係
り、特にエアバツグの膨縮により各サポート部を
隆起形成するようにしたシートに関する。

ち各サポート形成部にエアバツグ4をセツトし、
このエアバツグ4を覆つてパツド2を配設すると
共に表皮3をパツド4上に被覆してシートを構成
し、このシートの所要位置のエアバツグ4を膨張
させることによりサイサポート部、サイドサポー
ト部、腰椎サポート部等を隆起形成するように成
されていた。

に結着して成るものである。

ツグ15にポンプ16により各バルブ17,17

る形態を示すもので、カバー14の構造としては
第5図に示す如く、表皮結着片18,18を有す
るプレート状に形成され、この各カバー14を方
形状の底部とその底部周囲の側壁とから成るパン
構造フレーム11の底部の所要部に突設される軸
受部19,19に横架した軸20に回動自在に枢
着し、軸20に巻装したねじりスプリング21に
よつてフレーム11側に押付けるような偏倚力が
付与されている。

ポート部を所望の高さに隆起保持することができ
る。

きることになり、コスト的にも有利で、また、エ
アバツグはカバーで保護されるので破損のおそれ
はほとんどなく長期の使用に充分耐え、また表皮
の縁部はカバーに結着されることによりカバーと
共に上下動して表皮が突張ることなくサポート部
の隆起動作が円滑に行われて所望の隆起高さに確
実に設定できて常に快適な座り心地と保持性が得
られる等の多くの特徴を有するシートを提供でき
るものである。

に直接配設され、 上記エアバツグと上記パツドとの間に、カバー
を、その内縁部を上記フレームの底部に枢着して
起伏回動自在に配すると共に上記表皮の縁部を上
記カバーに結着して成り、 上記エアバツグを膨張させたとき上記カバーを
介して上記パツド及び表皮を押出し、シート表面
に所要の隆起サポート部を形成するようにしたこ
とを特徴とするシート。
