を装着すると共に該開閉蓋3の両端には凹部1
b,2bに装着した状態で帯状溝1g,2gとほ
ぼ同一平面となる切欠部3e,3eを形成し、さ
らに前記締結部材4,4を二個の前記帯状溝1
g,2g内で開閉蓋3の切欠部3e,3eの上に
重なるようにして捲き付けたことを特徴とするも
のである。
