In the bread making process, after the food mold containing bread dough is removed from the baking process, it is sent to a depanner, where the baked bread and the food mold are separated, and the bread taken out there is subjected to the appropriate processing or packaging process. A method is used in which the food mold is sent to the next process and returned to the section that accommodates the divided dough mass.

On the other hand, in the middle of transferring the bread to the next process, a step is provided on the conveyor placement surface, and when the bread conveyed between the steps is transferred, it is sequentially overturned by 90 degrees on the placement surface. Methods have been adopted, such as transporting bread that is pulled out of a mold while standing upside down and then held upright.

Case stands for holding food molds were cut out at symmetrical positions on the inner peripheral surface of the depanner drum, which was provided to rotate intermittently at 180° increments, and when the drum stopped, the bread pushed into one of the case stands was accommodated. After clamping and fixing the food mold, the drum is stopped rotating 180 degrees, and the bread housed in the inverted food mold is opened opposite the mold, and is rotatably supported on a frame separate from the drum. Drop the bread in the opposite direction into the bread receiving box.

ようになつている。 The case stand of the drum is equipped with claw clamps for holding and fixing the food mold, but when the case stand occupies the bottom position, the food mold containing bread is completely attached to the drum case stand. The claw clamp is open until the bread is fed, and therefore, the empty bread mold that was occupying the case stand is transferred to the drum by the new bread storage mold that is sent from the conveyor to the case stand. It is now possible to push it out and eliminate it.

1 and 2 show an embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a schematic front view of the depanner drum, and FIG.
The figure is a side view of the depanner, and in the figure, 1 is
A case stand 2 is formed by providing a notch on the inner surface of the depanner drum symmetrically with respect to its central axis and along the generatrix direction, and claw clamps 3 are provided on the drums on both sides of the stand 2. When the case stand 2 occupies the lower position L, it is opened, and when it is at any other position, the food mold 4 on the stand 2 is always clamped to fix and hold the food mold 3 on the stand 2.
The drum 1 is supported by a pair of support rollers 5 on the lower side of its outer periphery, on which it is rotatable but restrained in the direction of the rotational axis, and concentric circles are formed along the outer periphery of the drum 1. A chain 8 is installed on the attached sprocket 6 via a sprocket 7 of a separately provided drive mechanism, and the drum 1 is rotated intermittently every 180 degrees by the drive mechanism. At this time, the rotation of the drum 1 is controlled so that the case stand 2 provided on the inner wall of the drum always occupies the low position L or the high position H and stops.

なるので好ましい事ではない。 In FIGS. 1 and 2, 13 is a pan reversing mechanism, which is provided inside the drum 1.
They are provided in a vertical plane that includes the rotational center line of the drum 1, parallel to the axis, and symmetrical to each other with respect to a rotating shaft 14 that is rotatably supported on another machine frame. A bread receiving box 15 opens upward directly below the case platform height position H, and an opening faces downward to the placement surface of the bread conveyor belt conveyor 16, which is provided with at least a portion extending inside the drum 1. a bread receiving box 15' located at a position of 180 degrees with respect to the receiving box 15; a pair of double-opening opening/closing plates 17 each having a swing axis parallel to the rotating shaft 14;
17', and the opening/closing plate 17 receives the food mold 4 stopped at the case stand H position into the bread receiving box 15 in the opposite direction, and then closes it, and the receiving box 15 rotates around the rotating shaft 14. In addition to preventing the stored bread from falling out of the box even if the bread is stored in the bread receiving box 15' in the previous process, it is placed opposite the conveyor 16 placement surface while being held by the opening/closing plate 17'. The opening/closing plate 17' that engages with the bottom of the bread that has been reversed and transferred to the position is released, and the bread is gently dropped onto the conveyor 16 mounting surface in an erect state. Therefore, the bottom surface of the bread receiving box 15 of the reversing mechanism 13 needs to be at least farther away from the open edge of the food mold occupying the H position than the length of the amount of bread to be handled. The distance between the open edge and the placing surface of the conveyor 16 must also be greater than the length of the bread, but if the distance is longer than necessary, there is an increased chance of damaging the bread when it is discharged. This is not a desirable situation because it may disturb the alignment of the bread after it falls, or it may increase the overall capacity of the device.

At the same time, the reversing mechanism 13 is also provided to rotate intermittently through 180 degrees. From the perspective of the work process, it is preferable to start the intermittent rotation of the reversing mechanism 13.

The main parts of the depanner drum and reversing mechanism are omitted as they are as explained in the section above.
Since it is operated only by rotational motion and no other complicated motions are added, there is room to increase the speed of operation as needed, enabling efficient depanner operation. Further, unlike known methods, there is no need for means for swinging the entire transport conveyor mechanism and the accompanying power consumption.

ナーで食型からパンを取出す装置。1. A position where the inverted bread is pulled out from the food mold that is engaged with a depanner drum that is intermittently driven around an axis provided substantially parallel to the food mold transfer direction, and a position where the pulled out bread is removed from inside the depanner drum. The bread extracted from the food mold is received in a receiving box as it is by communicating with the conveyor belt surface to be carried out, and is turned 180 degrees around a central axis provided independently of the depanner drum. The depanner is characterized in that a mechanism is provided to release and deliver the bread received in the bread receiving box onto the conveyor belt surface, and the bread is aligned in an upright state on the surface of the conveyor conveyor. A device for taking out bread.
