It has the advantage of being able to suppress deterioration and maintain its metallic luster over a long period of time, but on the other hand, a record master with this kind of metal layer is actually pressurized and heated using a stamper press to stamp one side or the other. When sound grooves are formed on both sides, the metal layer, which has no extensibility, cannot follow the extension in the plane direction of the master disc that occurs during press processing, resulting in countless cracks in the metal film. There were problems in processing such as the occurrence of metal luster and the loss of metallic luster.

A disk with a metallic luster coated with a transparent resin film on the other side is covered with a transparent thermoplastic resin sheet on the side without the metal layer, and a transparent thermoplastic resin material on the side with the metal layer. A pair of upper and lower stamper presses each having a female sound groove formed thereon presses and heats the mass to form sound grooves on both sides.

In the press plate 4 of the lower stamper, the press plate 4 is placed approximately in the center of the upper surface, and in the press plate 5 of the upper stamper, the press plate 5 is placed on the bottom surface. A sound groove forming portion 7 is formed in a slightly recessed area approximately in the center, and the press plates 4 and 5 of both stampers are indicated by arrows 10 and 1 in FIG.
When pressed in one direction, the sound groove forming portions of the press plates 4 and 5 of both stampers overlap each other. A spiral female sound groove is formed in the sound groove forming part 7, and the sound groove non-forming part 8 in the center is slightly recessed than the sound groove forming part 7. A pin 6 for forming the shaft hole of the tone disk is implanted.

When this is opened in the direction opposite to the arrows 10 and 11, the resin discs 1 and 3' on which the sound grooves are formed are moved to the press discs 4 and 11.
5, and has a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. 5, which has a shaft hole 13 in the center, a thick part 14 that fills the non-sound groove part 8 around this hole, and has a metallic luster on the entire surface. A sound disk having a cross-sectional shape is obtained.
Such a disc has a disc display 15 on the thick wall part 14.
Since it is not possible to insert labels 15' and 15' into the non-sound groove forming portions 8 on the inner surfaces of both press plates 4 and 5 in the state shown in FIG. Accordingly, the label can be integrally attached onto the thick portion 14.

A transparent thermoplastic resin sheet is layered on top of the coated resin film, and then press molding is performed, so the sheet and metal layer are simply heated and softened without any stretching action during press molding. It is possible to form sound grooves in the lump of thermoplastic resin material and the thermoplastic resin sheet by stretching them respectively on the resin film, without causing any cracks in the metal layer. , it is possible to mold beautiful records while retaining the original metallic luster.
