Conventional technology Synthetic resin pallets usually have a structure in which two boards constituting a deck board are joined at both side edges and in the middle with parallel girders, and compared to conventional wooden or metal pallets. It is lighter than synthetic resin and has excellent chemical resistance and moisture resistance, but if the deck board has low bending rigidity, the deck board is reinforced with ribs, etc. .

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, among this type of synthetic resin pallets, the so-called skid type pallet with legs has embossed ribs formed on the back side of the deck board, but the deck board and the supporting legs are in the same mold. Because it is integrally molded, the ribs formed on the deck board are interrupted at the supporting leg portions, and when a load is applied, the amount of flexure of the interrupted portions of the ribs increases and deforms. In addition, the supporting legs are easily damaged by the forks, and in this case, they cannot be replaced, resulting in a short lifespan of the pallet.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention aims to provide an excellent pallet that retains the effects of conventional synthetic resin pallets and eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks. A deck board is formed by a method and has ribs on the back surface that are made up of a plurality of closed hollows that extend continuously in one direction to both outer edges, and separate support legs that are molded separately and are joined to each other. Regarding synthetic resin pallets.

To explain one embodiment of the present invention shown in the drawings, as shown in Fig. 1, the pallet of the present invention consists of a loading deck board 1 whose upper surface is a flat plate and support legs 2 each independent of the other. The fork is inserted into the gap C with the ground plane G of No. 2. As shown in FIG. 2, on the back surface of the deck board 1, hollow ribs 4 and grooves 5, which extend continuously in one direction to both outer edges, are alternately formed, and nine supporting legs 2 each having a circular cross section are screwed together by threaded portions 3. They are joined and arranged, and a fork is inserted from the direction C or the opposite direction.

The above-mentioned deck board 1 has an upper surface hollow-molded to have a flat plate shape, a lattice shape, a drainboard shape, etc., and the ribs 4 on the back surface have voids 6 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The cross section is not limited to the one shown, but may have a shape as shown in FIG. 8a or b. Note that the thickness of the ribs is approximately determined by the set weight of the pallet, and it is desirable that the number of ribs to be molded is as large as possible within the moldable range.

Next, the supporting leg 2 is screwed together with the rib 4 and the threaded portion 3 provided on the supporting leg, as shown in Fig. 5, but the method of joining is not limited to screwing, but fitting parts that match the shape. It may be a fitted or bolted connection, but is preferably a threaded connection. In addition, supporting leg 2
The shape is not limited to that shown in the drawings, and may be, for example, a cylinder, a truncated cone, a polygon, an ellipse, a digit shape, or the like. The material may include plastics, wood, metal, etc., but plastics that can be processed by hollow molding or injection molding are preferable, and in particular, the space 7 of the support leg 2 can be filled with air or foamed polyurethane to provide cushioning. Blow molding is preferred in order to obtain products with special properties. Furthermore, the supporting leg 2 is replaced with a supporting leg 2' having a threaded portion 3' with the upper and lower screw directions opposite to each other as shown in FIG. By joining them together, a pallet using both upper and lower flat plates as shown in FIG. 7 can be obtained. In this case, it is preferable to install the upper and lower deck boards in a direction in which the ribs are perpendicular to each other in order to improve rigidity.

Furthermore, the pallet of the present invention can be joined between the back surface of the deck board 1 and the support leg 2 via a reinforcing material 8 (FIGS. 10a and 10b). The reinforcing material may be anything that is lightweight and highly rigid; for example, it may be made of wood including plywood, hard urethane foam, hard polyvinyl chloride, etc. It may be installed on the entire back surface or around the support legs, or it may be installed on the entire back surface or around the supporting legs, or It can be installed in a strip like this. By installing this reinforcing material, the rigidity of the deck board in the direction perpendicular to the ribs can be improved.

Examples of the synthetic resins used in the pallets of the present invention include polyolefin resins such as high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, polypropylene, and ethylene-propylene copolymers, vinyl chloride resins such as polyvinyl chloride and polyvinylidene chloride, and polyester resins. Examples include resins, polyamide resins, etc., but polyolefin resins, particularly high-density polyethylene, are preferred from the viewpoint of physical properties of the pallet and economical efficiency. Note that these resins may contain antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers, blowing agents, dye pigments, and organic or inorganic fillers, if necessary.

Effects of the Invention As described above, in the synthetic resin pallet of the present invention, even if the deck board is formed into a hollow shape, the supporting legs are attached separately to the deck board, so that the ribs for reinforcing the back side are attached to the supporting legs. uninterrupted in parts. Therefore, it is possible to add a large resistance to bending of the deck board, increase bending rigidity, and prevent deformation due to load. Furthermore, since the support legs can be made detachable, they can be replaced if they are damaged by a fork or the like, thereby extending the life of the pallet. Further, since the upper surface of the deck board can be made flat without forming ribs, it is hygienic because dirt and the like do not accumulate there. Furthermore, the deck board is formed by blow molding, which is economical because the mold is lighter and easier to manufacture than injection molding, and the molding pressure is lower.
