示ランプ２２を絶縁板２１に取り付ける際、表示
ランプ２２の口出し線２２ａは通常その直径が１
mm以下の軟かい銅線でできており、表示板２４の
透孔２６に対応した位置に正しく取付けることは
作業上困難で、どうしてもズレを生じる。この
為、表示ランプ２２を点灯した場合に、ランプ窓
２７を通過する光は、ランプ窓の場所によつてそ
の明るさが異なる欠点を有していた。また、表示
ランプ部に水がかかりやすい電気湯沸器等ではラ
ンプ配線部に水が侵入し絶縁劣化や点灯不良を生
じる欠点を有していた。さらにこの構成では表示
ランプ部分は、表示板と一体になるよう取りつけ
られており、配線作業時に表示板も取り扱う必要

ーを、前記透孔に対応して設けた穴部を有するボ
デーに取りつけ、前記透孔に対応して表示板に設
けた表示穴に、透明材質で構成され、かつフラン
ジ部を有するランプ窓を係合し、さらに前記フラ
ンジ部を、前記透孔と表示穴が対応するように表

照して説明する。第１図〜第４図において、１は
電気湯沸器本体、２は筒状に板金等で形成された
ボデーで、前面に合成樹脂で形成した表示板３を
取付けてある。この表示板３の下方部には、表示
穴３ａを複数個穿設し、その近傍には、ランプ窓
４の仮止め用のボス３ｂがランプ部の位置決め孔
４ａに対応して設けられている。５はホルダー６
の内部に挿入される絶縁板で、前記表示板３の表
示穴３ａと対応した位置に位置決め用の嵌合孔５
ａを穿設し、この嵌合孔５ａに湯沸し表示用のラ
ンプ７及び保温表示用のランプ８が若干埋没した
状態で嵌合されて位置決め保持されている。前記
絶縁板５は合成樹脂で形成された略箱形のホルダ
ー６の内壁に設けられた爪部６ａにより係止され
て保持されている。ランプ７，８から導出された
口出し線７ａ，７ｂ，８ａ，８ｂは第３図に示す
ように絶縁板５を貫通する半田９ａ，９ｂ，９
ｃ，９ｄ，９ｅにランプ７，８の保証用の抵抗１
０，１１と共に接続されており、前記半田９ａ，
９ｂ，９ｃにはそれぞれリード線１２ａ，１２
ｂ，１２ｃが同時に接続され、ホルダー６の切欠
き部６ｂより引き出されて他の電気部品に接続さ
れている。また、ホルダー６には表示板３の表示
穴３ａに対応する位置に透孔６ｃを有し前記ラン
プ７，８が若干埋没して取りつけられている。こ
のホルダー６とボデー２の取付けは一対の引掛け
用のフツク６ｅをボデー２の切欠き孔２ａに合わ
して、引掛けて、位置決めした後ホルダー６のフ
ランジ部に設けたスリツト６ｆをボデーの爪２ｂ
に挿入し爪を折り曲げて固定される。２ｃは前記
表示穴３ａに対応するように設けられた切欠きで
ある。ランプ窓４は表示板３の表示穴３ａに係合
され、フランジ部４ｂが表示板３とボデー２に挾
持されている。このランプ窓４とホルダー６の両
者を組み立てた状態ではランプ窓４に対応した位
