ものである。 Galvanizing treatment equipment for long pipes, shaped steel, etc. usually involves a pretreatment process that involves degreasing, pickling, water washing, and drying of the material to be plated, and then lifting the pretreated material with a crane. It can be divided into a galvanizing and cooling process, in which the product is immersed in a galvanizing pot (plating tank), pulled out, and then cooled. The crane in the present invention is used in this galvanizing and cooling process.

It has a structure in which a pair of material receiving baskets 5 are attached via wire ropes 4 to the left and right baskets 5, and the ends of the material 6 to be plated are accommodated and held horizontally. It is inserted into the galvanizing pot 7, pulled up after a predetermined time, the height positions of the left and right baskets are changed, and the material to be plated 6 is tilted in the length direction to squeeze out the plating liquid that has accumulated or adhered to the material to be plated. conduct. However, in this case where the material to be plated is suspended by a wire rope and operated by a crane, the hook moves freely, so the position of the material to be plated held by the hook and basket is not fixed, and the material to be plated is not fixed in the galvanizing pot. When tilting the material, there is a risk of collision between the plating pot and the basket for receiving the material to be plated. In addition, when squeezing out the excess zinc solution after pulling up the material to be plated from the galvanizing pot, it is necessary to hoist and lower each hoist using two hoists, and to perform horizontal movement while maintaining a balance between the two hoists. This was extremely inconvenient and placed excessive effort on the crane operator.
It is also difficult to tilt the material to be plated in a short time after lifting it, and there are variations in the immersion, lifting, and tilting of the material to be plated depending on the crane operator, resulting in poor quality after galvanizing. There was a difference between superiority and inferiority. Furthermore, since it is necessary to operate the two hoists while visually observing the position of the basket and the material to be plated, it has been impossible to save labor by automatically operating the hoists using a computer.

うにしたものである。 A crane operating method according to the present invention includes two trolleys disposed on a crane girder, a telescopic guide mast being suspended from the two trolleys, and
The vicinity of both ends of a rigid hanging device equipped with gripping devices for material to be plated at both ends are pivoted to the lower ends of the respective guide masts so as to be tiltable in the traverse direction of the trolley, and suspended;
Only one trolley is left in a state where it can freely traverse, the other trolley is stopped in traverse, and the extension of the guide masts is made different, and the horizontal component force at that time is used to cause the one trolley to move traversely. Accordingly, the hanging tool is tilted around the lower end pivot portion of the guide mast of the other trolley.

Each guide mast member 9 is of a telescoping type so that its lower end 9a can be expanded and contracted in the vertical direction by a hoist 10 mounted on the trolleys 8 and 8'. When tilting the trolley 8', one of the trolleys 8' is held in a state where it can freely traverse, that is, the traverse brake is held in a released state.
Note that the other trolley 8 is prevented from moving laterally during plating work. A suspender 13 that is horizontally extendable and retractable is pivotally attached to the lower ends 9a of the pair of guide mast members 9. The hanging tool 13 has an L-shaped member 16 attached to both ends of a main body beam 15 carrying a shuttle device 14 in a telescoping manner, and a grasping claw 17 that protrudes inward is fixed to the tip of the L-shaped member 16. configured. The L-shaped member 16 can be expanded and contracted by the shuttle device according to the length of the material 6 to be plated. 12

所望の角度傾転させることができる。 The material 6 to be plated, such as a pipe, is gripped by the hanging tool 13 with the claws 17 inserted into both ends of the pipe outside the plating pot 7, and before starting the plating work, the material 6 to be plated is Then trolley 8,
8' is brought to a position above the plating pot 7. Thereafter, while the traverse brake of one trolley 8' is released, the traverse brake of the other trolley 8 is applied, and the left and right guide mast members 9 are lowered with a difference in extension as shown in FIG. The material 6 is held at a constant angle, and as a result, it is inserted into the plating pot 7 while blowing up and removing impurities from below. In this case, the material to be plated 6
Regardless of the buoyant force acting on the plating liquid, the rigid hanger 13 and the guide mast member 9 can be immersed in the plating liquid at a very slow speed due to their own weight. After a predetermined period of time, both guide mast members 9 are contracted as shown by chain lines in FIG. 2, and the material to be plated 6 is pulled up from the plating pot 7. At this time, when the lower end 9a of the guide mast of one trolley 8' is pulled up by the hoist 10 to a greater extent than the other, a tensile force F acts diagonally downward on the guide mast member 9 due to the weight of the hanging tool 13, etc. Due to the force H, one of the trolleys 8' naturally traverses on the girder 1 to the position indicated by the broken line 18 in the same figure, and as a result, as shown by the broken line in the figure, the one trolley 8' moves together with the hanging tool 13 and the fixed side trolley. The material to be plated 6 is tilted about the pivot point X'' with the guide mast member 9 of 8 as the center of rotation.
Since the hanging tool 13 is not suspended by a wire as in the conventional case, but is directly connected to the mast member, its free movement is restricted, and the guide mast member 9 of the fixed side trolley 8 and the main body beam of the rigid hanging tool 13 are restricted. 15 does not move in the horizontal direction, the material to be plated 6 can be reliably and easily moved by the hoisting operation of the guide mast member 9 and the traverse movement of the trolley 8' on one side.
It can be tilted to any desired angle.

A maximum tilt angle α is determined. The outer end of the L-shaped member 16 extending from the hanger 13, especially the traverse side trolley 8'
If the maximum tilting angle α is determined so that the outer end Y' of the claw 17 on the side does not interfere with the galvanized hook side wall, the guide mast/hanger pivot point X of the fixed side trolley 8 is fixed. Unlike the conventional type, there is no risk of collision between the hanging tool and the galvanized pot when the hanging tool is tilted within the galvanized pot.

きる。 After galvanizing is completed, the pivot point X on the stationary side trolley 8 only moves on a vertical line as shown in Figure 2, and the lateral movement accompanying the tilting of the hoist 13 is controlled by the brake of the trolley 8' on one side. Only release is required, making crane operation extremely easy during manual operation. In the case of automatic operation, automatic operation can be easily achieved by controlling the activation and release of the traverse brakes of each trolley 8, 8 and the height difference a between the left and right pivot points X'' and X'.
