が多くなり面倒で、製品コストに影響していた。

底面にそわせるとともに、一部をV字状部にはめ
込み、上型を浴室ユニツト基材と補強材の表面間
に間隙を形成して組み合わせたのちに樹脂を注入
し、外底部にT字状補強材を一体化する浴室ユニ
ツトの製造法であり、これにより洗い場部の矯正
工数を削減するという効果を有する。

下型6の表面にゲルコート用樹脂をスプレー等で
塗布し、次に別途金型により成形されたガラス繊
維系の浴室ユニツト基材7を第4図および第5図
に示すように下型6に覆設する。次にベニア板
8′で一体化された2本のT字状補強材8を浴室
ユニツト基材7の外底面に沿わせるとともに一部
をV字状部にはめ込み、第6図に示すように間隙
tを介してベニア板8′間の開口に入るボス部9
aを有する上型9をその上に覆設して、第7図に
示すようにノズル10を介してポリエステル等の
樹脂11を注入する。なお、上型9のボス部9a
と下降片8bを有する意味は、樹脂の肉厚を等し
くして樹脂ヒケを防止する配置である。T字状補
強材8は床パンの成型時に一体化されるので、従
来のように成形、脱型後に矯正型に固定し、さら
に補強材を取付ける工程を削除することができ、
コストダウンすることができる。
