In order to have a fire-resistant floor structure in conventional aluminum vehicles (hereinafter referred to as aluminum vehicles) and railway vehicles using aluminum structural members, it is important to reduce damage to the floor structure due to melting of aluminum. Figure 2 shows a graph of fire resistance temperature according to JISA1304, a test standard for architectural structures. National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) in the United States
The standards of Protection Association) 258 are also similar, and the temperatures shown in Figure 2 are almost the same.

The melting temperature of aluminum is pure aluminum 660℃
This temperature is lower for aluminum alloys, but in any case, it is fire resistant for 30 minutes and has a maximum temperature of 84 degrees Celsius, far exceeding the melting point of aluminum. Therefore, in aluminum cars and vehicles using aluminum floor members, melting of the fire-resistant aluminum member becomes a problem.

That is, in aluminum cars and railway vehicles having an aluminum floor structure, the focus is on how to minimize damage to the floor structure due to melting of aluminum.

There is an aluminum keystone plate 2 on top, a foam insulation material 3 (soft polyurethane foam, etc.) is installed on top of it, and a insulation material (glass wool, etc.) 4 and a floor finishing material 5 are installed on top of it. . In such a structure, when the underfloor surface is heated due to a vehicle fire, etc., the beams 1 and keystone plates 2, which are aluminum members, are directly exposed to heat.
If the temperature exceeds the melting point of aluminum, there is a disadvantage that the aluminum component may melt and the entire floor structure may be damaged.

An embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG. 1 below. Aluminum member beam 1 and keystone plate 2
In order to lower the temperature caused by heating, a heat insulating material 7 is provided around these beams 1 and the keystone plate 2, and this heat insulating material 7 is supported by a steel plate 6. By insulating the surrounding area of the aluminum member with the heat insulator 7 in this way, the steel plate 6 and the heat insulator 7 can suppress the temperature transfer from the bottom surface, lowering the temperature of the beam 1 and the keystone plate 2, which are aluminum members. Its melting can be prevented and a fire-resistant floor structure against fire can be obtained.
