Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 長いも・ごぼう等の根菜類を、多数の植付条
列により栽培し、それら多数の植付条列の所望に
選択した左右に隣接する2条の植付条列の条間隔
内に、その左右の植付条列の各根際間に渡る巾の
一本の溝を掘削機に設けた広巾の掘削体により掘
削するか、前記左右の植付条列の各根際に沿う位
置に狭い巾の溝を掘削機に設けた2連の掘削体に
より夫々掘削し、かつ、その溝から掘り上げた掘
削土を、掘削機に設けた左右に一対のコンベアに
より前記条間隔に隣接する左右の条間隔内に夫々
排土し、次いで、前記左右に隣接する2条の植付
条列の根菜類を前述の溝内に掘り出し、しかるの
ち、前記左右のコンベアの搬送方向を逆くにして
掘削機を後進せしめて、左右に排土した掘削土を
前述の溝内に埋戻していくことを特長とする根菜
類の収穫方法。
1. Root vegetables such as long potatoes and burdock are cultivated in multiple planting rows, and within the row spacing of two adjacent planting rows on the left and right, selected as desired, of those multiple planting rows. A single wide trench extending between each root edge of the left and right planting rows is excavated using a wide excavator installed on an excavator, or a narrow groove is excavated along each root edge of the left and right planting rows. Grooves are excavated by two excavating bodies installed on an excavator, and the excavated soil dug up from the grooves is conveyed by a pair of conveyors on the left and right provided on the excavator to determine the distance between the rows on the left and right adjacent to the above-mentioned row spacing. Then, root vegetables in the two adjacent planting rows on the left and right are dug into the trench, and then the conveyor direction of the left and right conveyors is reversed and the excavator is turned on. A method for harvesting root vegetables characterized by moving backwards and backfilling the excavated soil left and right into the aforementioned trench.
