【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は建築用板の真空ラミネート成形方法に
関し、通気性を有する基材1の表面に下面中央部
を除いて被覆シート2を被せるとともに上面に吸
引口3を突出した吸引装置4の吸引口3を上記中
央部に密着せしめ、吸引口3の周面及び被覆シー
ト2が被着された基材1を覆うように不通気性シ
ート5を被着し、吸引装置4にて基材1を通して
被覆シート2及び不通気性シート5を吸引せしめ
ることを特徴とする建築用板の真空ラミネート成
形方法に係るものである。

1の下部中央部に密着せしめ、吸引装置4で基材
1を通して被覆シート2を吸引することにより被
覆シート2を基材1の凹凸に沿つて基材1表面に
密着させるようにしていた。しかし乍ら、被覆シ
ート2の末端を第1図に示すように吸引口3の周
面を覆うように延出して吸引した場合には、成形
後被覆シート2の延出部分6を修正処理しなけれ
ばならず建築用板の製造工程が長くなるという欠
点を有していた。また、被覆シート2の末端を第
2図に示すように吸引口3の周面にまで延出しな
いで吸引した場合には、吸引口3と被覆シート2
との間の基材1表面から空気が入り、吸引装置4
で吸引しても被覆シート2の吸引が悪く、そのた
め被覆シート2の密着性が悪くて成形後被覆シー
ト2の接着むらや建築用板の実部7での丸みが出
き易いという問題があつた。

以下本発明を実施例により詳述する。基材1は
繊維板や発泡体等のような通気性を有する板材で
形成され、その表面には凹凸模様が形成してあ
る。また第3図に示すように、基材1の両側部に
は凹凸形状の実部7,7が形成してある。被覆シ
ート2は塩化ビニルシート等で形成され、被覆シ
ート2を上記基材1の表面に被着するにあたつて
は、基材1の表面に基材1の下面中央部を除いて
被覆シート2を被着するものである。吸引装置4
の吸引口3は上方に突出してあり、この吸引口3
を基材1の中央部に密着させると共に被覆シート
2の末端を吸引口3の周面近傍にて、基材1の下
面に被着する。次に、不通気性シート5を吸引口
3の周面及び基材1の表面を覆うように被着す
る。不通気性シート5は耐熱性、柔軟性に優れた
薄いシートで形成され、厚さ10〜50μのテフロン
シートを使用するのが好ましい。テフロンシート
の厚みが10μ末満の場合には不通気性シート5が
破れやすいものであり、厚みが50μを超える場合
には基材1の実部7での不通気性シート5の密着
が完全に行われ難いものである。不通気性シート
5を被着した後、吸引装置4にて基材1を通して
被覆シート2及び不通気性シート5を吸引する。
続いて、加熱して被覆シート2を溶融せしめ、被
覆シート2を基材1の表面に密着させる。その
後、不通気性シート5を取外して表面に被覆シー
ト2が粘着された建築用板を得るものである。
尚、被覆シート2と基材1との間に接着剤等を介
在させるようにしても良い。

覆シートを基材の表面へ密着性良く被着すること
ができて従来の如く成形後の接着むらや実部の丸
みを生じるということがなく、表面が被覆シート
で均一に覆われた建築用板を成形することができ
るものである。また基材の表面に下面中央部を除
いて被覆シートを被せ、被覆シートの外側を不通
気性シートで覆つてこの不通気性シートを吸引口
の周縁に被着させているので、不通気性シートで
空気が漏れることなく強く吸引することができる
ものであつて、被覆シートの末端を吸引口周縁に
まで届かせる必要がなく、従来の如く成形後に被
覆シートの末端を修正処理する必要がないもので
ある。
