Conventional Structure and Problems Generally, as shown in FIG. 3, this type of liquid fuel combustion device sucks up liquid fuel in a fuel tank 31 with an electromagnetic pump 32 and supplies it to a burner section 33. The liquid fuel is vaporized, mixed with air from the fan 34, and combusted. However, when using this liquid fuel combustion device for the first time after purchasing the device, excessive fuel is supplied, resulting in black smoke or abnormal flames due to lack of air, for example, as shown in Figure 4. When used in a heater that blows out combustion gas as hot air, the above-mentioned black smoke may blow out from the hot air outlet 35, or in some cases, flames may cross over the combustion tube 36 and blow out from the hot air outlet 35. Problems could occur.

That is, the electromagnetic pump 32 that sucks in fuel and supplies it to the burner section sucks fuel from within the fuel tank 31 and discharges it to the burner section by the reciprocating motion of the plunger 37, as shown in FIG. . The fuel passage 38 of this electromagnetic pump 32 is filled with fuel as a result of the combustion test of the burner part at the factory, but when the fuel in the fuel tank 31 is drained for shipping, the valve 3 of the plunger 37
The fuel in the fuel passage 38a below the point 9 is absorbed by the filter portion 40 of the filter cylinder 40 due to its own weight.
It falls out through a, and this part is empty. When the user puts fuel into the fuel tank 31 and starts operating the electromagnetic pump 32 after purchasing the device in this state, the movement of the plunger 37 causes the fuel passage closer to the burner than the valve 39 of the plunger 37 to open. Air is pumped into 38b. Since the resistance when the air passes through the discharge orifice 38c is extremely small compared to the case of liquid fuel, the plunger 37 moves greatly, and a correspondingly large amount of fuel (excess fuel) is sent to the burner section. As a result, as described above, black smoke or abnormal flames occur in the burner section 33. When all the air in the fuel passage 38a on the fuel tank side than the valve 39 of the plunger 37 is sent out, the normal state is restored.

Conventionally, this kind of problem has been solved by running the electromagnetic pump 32 dry when shipping it from the factory.
This problem was dealt with by draining the fuel from the fuel passage 38b between the plunger 37 and the burner section 33, but this was time consuming and impaired the performance of the electromagnetic pump 32.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS One embodiment will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. 1 is a burner section, a vaporizer 3 in which a heater 2 is embedded, and a flame attached to the upper opening of the vaporizer 3. It consists of a hole 4. 5 is a burner case that covers the outer periphery of the carburetor 3, and an igniter 6 and a flame rod 7 are attached thereto. Reference numeral 8 denotes a fan that supplies combustion air into the carburetor 3. A solenoid valve 10 for air adjustment is provided in a part of the air passage 9, and a cooling air passage is provided on the side of the fan 8 from the solenoid valve 10. 1
1 is branched and connected to the burner case 5. 12 is a fuel supply nozzle that penetrates the air passage 9 and faces into the carburetor 3; 13 is an electromagnetic pump that supplies fuel into the carburetor 3 through the nozzle 12; The liquid fuel is sucked up and supplied to the nozzle 12. In the figure, 15 is an oil pipe, and 16 is an auxiliary fuel tank.

As shown in FIG. 2, the electromagnetic pump 13 reciprocates the plunger 13b by the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic coil 13a.
The liquid fuel 18 in the fuel tank 14 is supplied to a predetermined location (vaporizer) by the reciprocating movement of the valve and the action of the first and second valves 13c and 13d, and is a conventionally known device. And the discharge port 19 of this electromagnetic pump 13
The oil pipe 15 is connected to the fuel pipe 15, and the suction pipe 20 on the suction port side has its suction opening 21 opened into the liquid fuel in the fuel tank 14.

Here, a filter cylinder 22 is fitted into the suction pipe 20 of the electromagnetic pump 13. This filter cylinder 22 has a non-ventilated part 22a from the bottom to above the suction opening 21 of the suction pipe 20, and the other part is a breathable filter part 22b.
It is as follows.

In the above configuration, the electromagnetic pump 13 is operated by draining the fuel from the fuel tank 14 after conducting a combustion test at a factory or the like, or by removing the fuel from the fuel tank 14 after being used once.
4 and to remove dust from the filter section 22, the electromagnetic pump 13 is installed in the fuel tank 1.
Even if the pump is removed from the fuel passage 13e, the fuel filling the fuel passage 13e will not fall out because the pump itself has a trap section formed by the filter tube 22 attached to the pump. That is, electromagnetic pump 1
The filter cylinder 22 fitted into the suction pipe 20 of No. 3
The fuel 18a is accumulated up to the height of the non-ventilated portion 22a, and the liquid level A thereof is located above the suction opening 21 of the suction pipe 20, forming a trap portion. Therefore, the fuel passage 1 of the electromagnetic pump 13
The fuel filling 3e will not fall out.

If the user fills the fuel tank 14 with fuel after purchasing the device in such a state, or attaches the electromagnetic pump 13 to the fuel tank 14 after maintenance is completed, an air pocket may be created in the fuel passage 13e of the electromagnetic pump 13. That will no longer be the case. As a result, even if the user starts combustion, the plunger 13b of the electromagnetic pump 13 does not move significantly (excessive fuel supply), which prevents the generation of black smoke or abnormally large flame. It is safe to use in a heater like the one shown in the figure.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, according to the present invention, the fuel in the electromagnetic pump does not fall out, so there is no need to run the electromagnetic pump dry at the time of shipping the device, and the number of man-hours can be greatly reduced. With,
Even when the electromagnetic pump is installed or removed at the beginning of use or during maintenance, there will be no black smoke or abnormal flames, and since it uses a filter tube, there is no need to add additional parts. There is something big about it.
