がなされてきた。 In recent years, there has been a desire for sanitation, which has changed the traditional practice of handling the toilet after using the toilet, to hygienically clean dirt that cannot be wiped off with paper, and a desire for convenience and comfort, which has sought to mechanize and automate manual labor. These tools, which originally started out as container-type cleaning tools, are now becoming increasingly multi-functional and automated as a total system, and in response to this trend, more convenient devices have been provided.

A solution could be developed by taking advantage of the characteristics of the toilet structure by using the space between the toilet seats and placing the device itself on top of the toilet bowl.In contrast, with Japanese-style toilets that are embedded in the floor, the support for the device body is However, the posture of men urinating in a standing position and urinating while straddling the toilet requires a large operating space around the toilet bowl, and no appropriate solutions have been found for nozzle insertion and device layout, making it difficult to develop devices and automate them. The current situation is that we are far behind.

運転する不都合な結果となる。 Looking at the inventions and ideas of conventional Japanese-style toilet devices, most of them are portable types that allow for hand-held flushing, but these have two fatal structural defects that are common to other hand-held toilets. The piping between the main body and the nozzle becomes long, and the other problem is that the pump operation and the valve opening and closing of the hand nozzle are difficult to synchronize, which increases the burden on the pump and shortens its life. The former increases the water flow resistance, and the use of a coiled tube doubles this, requiring a large pump, and the cold water that remains in the piping is difficult to heat and difficult to dispose of during use. be. The latter allows you to adjust the water volume and open/close the valve with a nozzle at hand, but it is not possible to control the pump inside the main body. If a special structure is required (such as the 1972-203898) and another practical method is desired, the piping from the pump to the nozzle can be branched to keep a constant amount of water in the tank even when the nozzle valve is open. It is used to stir hot water and reduce the overload of the pump, but in a normal structure, the flow path is blocked and the pump is operated, which is an inconvenient result.

This goes against the purpose of sanitization and the demands of the era to mechanize manual labor, and the need to shorten the length of fluid piping is the only way to alleviate and solve the many disadvantages of long piping. This method is also advantageous in adding a water draining function.

本発明の骨子とするものである。 That is, the present invention uses the space outside the human body movement space in the room between the toilet bowl and the human body to insert the nozzle, enables the nozzle to rotate, and the device main body is installed on the indoor wall or the like on the nozzle rotation axis. The structure using the above solves many problems such as the shortest piping route, and by making the length between the nozzle and the rotating shaft variable, it achieves universality for existing toilets, and the present invention solves these problems. This is the main point.

It is. That is, the configuration of the present invention uses the fixing device main body as a rotating support for the nozzle,
The main body of the device stands on the floor, and if it does not have the ability to stand on its own, it will be supported on a wall or the like. Furthermore, the positional relationship between the device main body A and the rotation support shaft is not limited to this embodiment, but can be freely determined as can be inferred from the drawings, and the shape and internal configuration of the device main body are also not limited. It is. Therefore, the shape may be vertical, triangular, round, etc., and it is also possible to fix the nozzle to the main body of the device and make the entire device rotatable.

の2種類の装置を製作する必要が生じる。 Telescopic mechanism 1 provided in movable part B shown in FIG.
0 is a mechanism that corresponds to the dimension between the nozzle and the rotation axis that differs depending on the toilet width, and the position of the entrance and exit is another element that differs depending on the toilet plane. Figure 5 shows the door 5 on the left side. However, in some cases, the switch is located symmetrically on the right side, so if a device with a switch located off-centered as in this example is placed on the left wall corresponding to the right door, the switch will be placed on the human body. This will be inconvenient as it will distance you from others. Therefore, it becomes necessary to manufacture two types of devices, one for the left wall and one for the right wall.

The body 55 has a structure in which a large diameter hole 59 is bored. Due to the effect of the water reservoir 62, during cleaning, the flow velocity, which increases in proportion to the flow rate, is kept approximately constant, and the purpose is to prevent splashing of the cleaning water.
In addition, it is possible to obtain two types of jet flow, a sharp jet flow and a soft jet flow with high cleaning efficiency, using a single nozzle. When the flow rate is small, as shown in figure b,
The small hole 58 is closed and the water is ejected directly from the medium-diameter hole 57. When the flow rate is large, the water ejected from the small-diameter hole accumulates in a water reservoir 62 as shown in figure a, and the water ejected from the medium-diameter hole 58 forms a layer of water. By passing through it, the flow velocity is reduced and a jet stream becomes thicker than the large diameter hole 59 and is ejected. Further, the lower part 60 is a ball valve made of a floating body, which has a rising stopper 61 at the lower part, and when cleaning, it closes the drain opening with water pressure,
After cleaning, the hot water rises as shown in Figure b due to buoyancy and quickly discharges the hot water remaining in the conveyance path.It can be used not only in conjunction with the above nozzle, but also can be installed independently in general nozzles or hot water conveyance pipes. It has a cutout structure.

A spherical runner 54 is movably built into the annular waterway 53, and the hot water conveying pipe 7 is diagonally connected thereto. In addition to the spherical shape, the runner can also have a shape as shown in Figure c. When the cleaning water is spouted, the water in the annular waterway flows in one direction, and the runner 54 rotates accordingly, and the water jetted from each jet hole becomes a pulsating flow.
It has the effect of alleviating irritation of the cleaning area and cleaning a certain area evenly.

るものである。 The above four methods are possible, and the preferred method (b) will be explained below. Only at the first use, water is supplied into the tank 16 from the water tap 17 and the tap is closed. By closing the main switch SW1 , hot water at the set temperature is stored in the tank and is ready for use. Next, when you pull the handle 36 toward you and rotate the post-use movable part B onto the toilet bowl, a micro switch will be activated.
MSW closes. First, when the cleaning switch SW 2 is closed, the solenoid valve SV is opened via the relay switch RY 1 , and the pump motor PM starts rotating at the same time, and hot water is jetted out from the cleaning nozzle 8 to perform cleaning. Adjustment and selection of the ejection intensity is performed using the volume knob 25 of the switch section 12. Also, when the pump motor PM is energized, the hot water heater H2 is also energized and the tank 16 is energized.
The hot water passing through the small compartment 20 inside is further heated instantaneously. The main purpose of this heater H2 is to act as a voltage dividing resistor for the pump motor PM. Therefore, the required resistance value is determined by the pump motor voltage, power value, and rectification method, and the amount of heat generated is determined by the rotation of the pump motor PM, that is, the flow rate. There is a proportional relationship with As a result, the hot water in the small compartment 20 can be heated to a constant temperature regardless of the pump flow rate, and the hot water in the tank 16 can be stored at a lower temperature by this constant temperature, so that it can be stored for a long time without being used. It has the effect of reducing heat loss when This also eliminates the need for a transformer.

The inflowing water is mixed with the warm water on the filter 19 and slowly permeates into the lower part of the tank from the entire surface of the filter.
If cleaning is continued here, the heater
The hot water heated by H 1 cannot rise rapidly due to the water permeability resistance of the filter, and heating is done exclusively in the tank below the filter, which has the effect of heating the necessary amount of hot water in advance in a short period of time. has. In addition, heating the still water inside the tank during non-cleaning gradually warms the upper part of the filter, eventually storing hot water higher than the set temperature, which acts as a heat storage for external inflow water, so that the filter 19 is supplied with a constant temperature. In this example, the tank is made relatively small with a size of 5 cm x 15 cm x 10 cm and a capacity of 750 c.c., and it can supply a constant temperature equivalent to that of a large tank.
It allows continuous use by four people.

This keeps the air volume and speed constant for efficient drying.
The strength is variable according to the sensible temperature, which changes depending on the degree of dryness of the area to be dried. It shortens the drying time and selects the optimum temperature, which varies depending on the user and the area to be dried. A configuration in which both the air volume and the amount of heat generated are variable is also possible.

There is no difference in the diagram structure and operation and effect, and the additional effects obtained include a reduction in temperature drop due to the shortening of the hot air jetting path, a reduction in the size of the device body, and the rotation support mechanism 4 without changing the size of the device body. This has the effect that an automatic rotation mechanism such as a motor for rotating the movable part B can be easily added to the upper space.

The hot water that comes out passes through a pump 13, a solenoid valve SV, a sealed rotary support mechanism 4 in the shape of a water tap, and a thin fluid communication pipe 6, and is ejected from a cleaning nozzle 8 at the tip. This is the same as the configuration in figure b. As a modification of this, it is also possible to provide a hot water heater in the movable part B for instantaneous heating, or to use it in combination with heating inside the apparatus main body. Alternatively, it is also possible to extend the hot water path directly from the tank 16 in a rotatable manner.

This allows the pump capacity to be reduced and also prevents cold shock and freezing. Conventional hand-held nozzle systems require long piping, and many coiled tubes are used to handle this, resulting in even greater water flow resistance.
The pump load, cold shock, and temperature drop during use were large, and water could not be easily drained.

It is advantageous in all respects compared to the structure. Furthermore, the configuration of the hot air duct and the hot water conveying pipe attached thereto makes it possible to preheat the hot water conveying pipe and nozzle and remove cold shock by pressing the drying switch for several seconds.

This provides effective cleaning and reduces the amount of water required for cleaning. Similarly, the drying air does not spread out, but is effectively blown onto the necessary areas from a close distance, significantly lowering the required output of the drying heater and shortening the drying time. These are directly linked to equipment downsizing, energy saving, resource saving, and cost saving, and have great effects.
