る。このときクツシヨン材2の縮みによつてサド
ルトツプ4の周囲は外方向へ拡がり余裕が出来る
のでサドルトツプ4周縁の袋部40に封入した締
付け用針金41を絞つてサドルトツプをクツシヨ
ン材2の凹凸に沿つて張設すると共に、周縁をサ
ドルベース1の内側に回り込ませ、サドルベース
1の内側に配置した爪又は鋲等の止め具11によ
つて、サドルトツプ4の上から針金41をベース
1裏側へ止着させる。

るため、熟練を要すことなくサドルトツプをクツ
シヨン材の凹凸に沿つて密接させ張設出来、従来
の様にサドルトツプ4の裏面全面に接着剤を塗布
し、手作業でサドルトツプをサドルベースに貼り
付ける面倒は解消されると共に生産能率も大幅に
向上する。
