を陸上に揚げる場合等のために縦方向も回動でき
るように構成されている。したがつて、この種船
内外機においては、船体2と推進ユニツト3との
間に、船体2に対しては縦方向に回動自在に軸支
され、かつ推進ユニツト3に対してはこれを横方
向に回動自在に軸承するための支持部材4が介装
されている。すなわち、この支持部材4は、トラ
ンサム2aに固設されたブラケツト5には支軸6
によつて枢支され、その幅方向中央部においては
ピボツト軸7によつて推進ユニツト3を回動自在
に軸承するように構成されている。

に突設されたアツパアーム3aとロワアーム3b

両部材3,4間はピボツト軸7によつて接続され
ている。そして、このピボツト軸7は、第4図に
示すように、その上端部がアツパアーム3aに挿
通され、下端部はロワアーム3bに嵌合され、か
つこの嵌合部はピン11で固定されている。この
ピン11はピボツト軸7の軸線方向に直交する方
向から穿設されたピン孔を挿入され、その挿入側
はねじ蓋12で閉塞されている。一方、ピボツト
軸7の上端には座金13aがボルト13bによつ
て取付けられている。したがつて、推進ユニツト
3のケーシング本体、アツパ、ロワ両アーム3
a,3bおよびピボツト軸7とで剛節構造を構成
することになる。なお、これらの図において、1
