程を自動化し省人化する板状体積み重ね装置にか
かわるものである。その自動化を達成するための
手段は、第1図に示すとおりにフレーム1の上部
に設けられた単板送り出し用の上下のローラー
3,4の前後間隔Dと上下間隔Hとによつて単板
aを末端まで挟み状に保持しつつ送り出し、か
つ、単板aが走行してストツパー板15に達する
まで落下しないように保持することにより、フレ
ーム1,2間に在来では設けられた前記案内ロー
ラーを省略させ、更に単板aの前端がフレーム2
に達したときに下ローラー4をフレーム1側へ引
き寄せることによりフレーム1,2間に単板aを
落すようにしている。同時にフレーム2側に設け
た単板受け止め装置を単板aの前端を受け止めた
ときに回動させることにより、単板aの押し戻し
状にして整列重畳を図つている。このようにする
ことによつて合板を製作する場合の糊付け単板受
け取り作業が自動化され、糊の付かない単板は上
記単板aの落下前後に補給されることにより合板
化される。
