フランジ結合部のモーメントに耐えうる金具を併
せ備えるようにしたことを特徴とする。

ツパーの役目をする。また、止め金具5aと受金
具5bはタンク合せ時の案内位置極めの役目をす
る構造を兼ており、変圧器検証試験終了後に施行
するタンク結合部の全周溶接6の場合にも、ずれ
止め金具5aと受金具5bが取付られた状態にて
施行できる構造である。最後に止め金具5aと受
け金5bが溶接されて一体化構造になり、タンク
結合部は従来のタンク連結補強金具12の機能を
具備した強固な構造となる。

割取付けたものをこれに対する受け金具に連結構
造としたことにより、尺万等の締付金具で締付け
た状態でも真空圧力に対し弱いとされているタン
ク結合部に十分な強度を持たせることができるた
め、横補強材等の構成簡略、若しくは低減が図れ
る。またこの止め金具はタンク合せ時の位置決め
用の案内にもなるため、従来設けていた案内用金
具が不用になる。最終的には、止め金具は受け金
具と一体構造になり、タンク結合部の補強金具に
なるため変圧器運転中の内部事故時等の内圧に充
分耐え得る強度を保つことができる。
