【発明の詳細な説明】
アコーデイングプリーテツド生地を以て構成し
た筒状体の最下底部を絞め上端開口に直接嵌着し
た袋物は従前より実開昭57−81630号公報などに
よつて公知となつているが、この構造のものは最
下底部を絞めてしまうので袋物本体の横方向への
伸展を充分に行うことができず、この結果アコー
デイングプリーテツド生地の豊かな伸縮性という
特徴を充分に生かし得ない弊があるのみならずそ
の上端開口は生地の特性として断面千鳥状を呈し
ているにも拘らずこれを口金に直接嵌着する構成
をとるのでその口金への取付作業が著しく困難と

本発明は、アコーデイングプリーテツド生地を
用いた袋物において、このような問題点を解決す
ることを目的とするものであつて、両端に山形状
凸部を備えたアコーデイングプリーテツド生地に
於ける各山形状凸部の外周縁部分に多数の襞を寄
せると共に当該生地をそのプリーツの方向と直交
して二つ折り状とし、更にこのように二つ折り状
とする前もしくは後に各襞寄縁を予め用意した上
辺が口金と同一形状を呈する補助部材の下辺縁に
縫着することによつて生地に於ける両側縁および
補助部材の上辺縁を開口縁とする袋物本体を構成
し、これに口金を取付けることを要旨とするもの

リーテツド生地２に於ける各山形状凸部１の外周

予め用意した上辺が後記の口金８と同一の「く」
の字状を呈する菱形状の弾性芯入り布製補助部材
５の下辺縁に縫着し、更に全体を二つ折り状とす
ることによつて生地２に於ける両側縁６および補
助部材５の上辺縁を開口縁とする袋物本体イを構
成し、この袋物本体イの開口縁に提げ紐７付きの
「く」の字形状の口金８を取付けて完成したもの

本発明は叙上のようにアコーデイングプリーテ
ツド生地をそのプリーツの方向と直交して二つ折
りとしこの二つ折り部を袋物本体の底部としたの
で、前記の公知のものと異なり同部が横方向に充
分な伸展が可能となりこれによつてアコーデイン
グプリーテツド生地の特徴である豊富な伸縮性を
殺ぐようなことがなく、また本発明においては上
記の生地の両端に山形状凸部を形成しこの各山形
状凸部の外周縁部分に多数の襞を寄せると共にこ
れらの襞寄縁を予め用意した上辺が口金と同一形
状を呈する補助部材の下辺縁に縫着することによ
つて生地に於ける両側縁および補助部材の上辺縁
を開口縁とする袋物本体を構成し、これに口金を
取付けるようにしたので、アコーデイングプリー
テツド生地の端縁を直接に口金に嵌着する前記公
知のものと異なり袋物本体の口金への嵌着を極め
て簡単且つ確実に行うことができるものであつ
て、これによつて前記の目的を充分に達成するこ

リーテツド生地に於ける各山形状凸部の外周縁部
分に多数の襞を寄せると共に当該生地をそのプリ
ーツの方向と直交して二つ折り状とし、更にこの
ように二つ折り状とする前もしくは後に各襞寄縁
を予め用意した上辺が口金と同一形状を呈する補
助部材の下辺縁に縫着することによつて生地に於
ける両側縁および補助部材の上辺縁を開口縁とす
る袋物本体を構成し、これに口金を取付けること
を特徴とする袋物の製造方法。1.
