Conventionally, this type of roof equipment was developed using Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 55-146355.
A roof unit as disclosed in the above issue has been developed, but the unit structure consists of a heat collection pipe section and a heat collection section that are integrated with a transparent tile, which increases the weight of the tile itself. This is inconvenient for construction work, and there are also problems such as the inability to obtain the desired heat collection effect because the insulation and airtight structure between the surrounding area and the surrounding area is insufficient.

In addition, a structure in which a collector is installed below the transparent tiles is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 110738/1983, but the specific structure is such that the collector is installed between the rafters on the roof surface, and the collector is placed parallel to the roof. It has a unit structure that is assembled into a hexahedral frame, which makes construction work inconvenient, the unit becomes large, inconvenient to transport, and the entire device becomes expensive.

In view of the above-mentioned conventional circumstances, the present invention separates the collector from the tile, installs the collector separately from the tile under the transparent tile, and simplifies the collector by eliminating the need for a collector frame, etc. To provide a roofing device which can be installed by effectively utilizing the space formed between the roofing board and the roof tiles, has excellent construction workability, has a high heat collecting effect and is excellent in immediate effect. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention lays a waterproof sheet on the base board of a roof, arranges tile crosspieces at predetermined intervals on the sheet, and connects pipes between each of the tile crosspieces in parallel with the tile crosspieces. In addition to laying and fixing each collector consisting of a heat collecting pipe and a heat collecting plate, cutouts are provided in the tile beams on both sides of each collector, and water pipes extending in the direction of the slope of the roof are installed in the cutouts. After connecting the inlet pipe and outlet pipe protruding from both sides of each collector to the water pipes on both sides of each of the collectors, and placing a heat insulating material around the outer periphery of the collector group consisting of the collectors arranged in parallel, It is characterized by having transparent tiles laid over the area covering the upper part of the roof.

Therefore, it is not only easier to transport and install the collector, but even when installed on the roof of an existing building, it is possible to install water pipes that extend in the direction of the slope of the roof on each of the tile beams described later. It can be installed by simply providing a section, without the need for special processing on the roof sheathing board itself, and maintenance and inspection of the device can be done simply by peeling off the roof tiles, making maintenance easy.

In addition, a waterproof sheet was laid on the field board, so
There is no risk of water leakage even if the heat collecting pipe etc. is damaged, and since insulation material is placed around the outer periphery of the collector, the collector part and the space formed under the surrounding opaque tiles are airtight. It is possible to provide a roof device equipped with a collector that can improve the heat efficiency and has an excellent heat collection effect.
