次元方向に曲げ加工すると共に、この後方に間隔
をへだてて備えた上下の曲げロールを上または下
に揺動することにより三次元方向の軸線曲げ加工
をすることが既に提案されている(例えば、特開
昭60−158919号)。

付きロール70a,70bでなり、その各ロール
70a,70bは球面ブツシユ77,78でロー
ル軸71,72に傾き揺動自在に取付けられてい
る。この各球面ブツシユ77,78は、ロール軸
71,72に形成したストツパ鍔71a,72a
で係止されている。またロール軸71,72はブ
ラケツトプレート73,74に対して左右に移動
自在に軸受けされ、その移動がロール軸71,7
2の一軸側に装着したストツパ71b,72bを
ブラケツトプレート74と当接することにより停

ル60との間で相対的に大きな曲率でモールデイ
ング素材M2を軸線曲げできるようになる。この
