Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (発明の利用分野) 本発明は円筒形コンベヤに於ける過負荷の検出
装置に関するものである。

(従来技術) 円筒形コンベヤに於いて、大塊や長尺物等の異
物が混入すると、円筒状に配置した保形ローラ部
でつかえ、ベルトが損傷したり縦裂きを起こした
りする。

現在円筒形コンベヤに於いて、上述したような
トラブルが生じたとき、コンベヤの過負荷時の対
策はほとんど取られていなかつた。ただ、上流側
コンベヤのシユート部に、円筒形コンベヤの円筒
断面積以上の物が侵入しない様、シユート出口断
面積を制限したりゲートを設置したりしていた。
この方法だけでは過負荷を防止したり、長尺物等
の混入に依るベルトの損傷、縦裂きを防止するこ
とはできないので、その対策がのぞまれていた。

停止させる。同時に電磁石10が消磁されて保持
力を失い、下部枠3aにとりつけた引張ばね11
により、上部開閉枠3bは下部のピン9を中心に
開き、ベルト断面は円形からU字形トラフに変化
し、この状態で円筒形コンベヤは停止する。この
ときベルト惰走距離内に複数個設けた上部開閉枠
の電磁石による開閉機構もすべて開放され、この
部分はすべてU字形トラフとなる。

て上部開閉枠3bを閉じ、電磁石を作動させるこ
とにより、上部開閉枠3bは固定される。

上部開閉枠が開きかつ、コンベヤが停止するよう
にした。これによりコンベヤベルトに無理な力が
持続してかゝらないため、ベルトの損傷・縦裂き
等を防止することができる。
