The dial thread 5, which is moved as the tuning element rotates, is tied by hand to form a ring, and then connected to the dial drum 2 via a spring 6 that anchors the dial thread 5 to the dial drum 2.
It is installed in a shape.

After attaching a spring for mooring to this knot, the dial drum is assembled as shown in Figure 1. 2. Workability was extremely poor because the method was used to hang it on the small pulleys 3a and 3b.

る。 The present invention aims to eliminate the drawbacks associated with the above-mentioned conventional structure, and is characterized by a method of processing a thread to form a loop at the end of the thread. It is equipped with two molds, upper and lower, each having a concave part for forming a fixed part made of synthetic resin that folds back the end of the thread and joins the folded part together, and the folded part of the thread to be joined together is inserted into the concave part of the mold. After positioning, a synthetic resin material is injected into the recessed part of the mold and hardened to form a fixed part made of synthetic resin, and the folded part of the thread is joined together, thereby fixing the end of the thread. The present invention provides a method for processing a thread so as to form a ring by hanging it around the thread.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention shown in the drawings will be described in detail.

入する。 Figures 3 and 4 show a mold for processing dial thread of the present invention and a state in which the thread is installed in this mold. Pins 12 for folding back a part of the thread are arranged protrudingly in a horizontal row, and on one side of the row of pins 12 there are pins 13 and pins 14 each having a generally elliptical shape and having a long axis approximately equal to the spacing between the pins 12. and pin 12
The pins 13 are spaced apart from the row of pins 12 by a predetermined distance, and the pins 13 are located correspondingly between each row of pins 12, and
4 are arranged alternately as shown in the figure in the vicinity of the rows of pins 12, and are connected by a runner (groove) 15 approximately in the center of the rows of pins 12 and 14 so that the rows of pins 12 are adjacent to each other. A recess 16 having a diameter larger than the diameter of the pin 12 is carved at the position. Although the upper mold is not shown, there is prepared a mold having holes through which the pins 12 to 14 escape and a recess having approximately the same shape as the recess 16 at a position corresponding to the recess 16 described above. To process dial thread using this mold, first, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, pins 12 to 1 on the mold 11 are
4, and then both ends of the thread are fixed to predetermined locations outside the mold (lower mold) 11 (not shown).
Next, the upper mold having the above-described structure is placed on top of the lower mold 11, and while pressing the two molds together, a synthetic resin for casting is press-fitted through the runner 15 so as to fill each of the recesses 16.

It can be taken out in the same state. The dial thread made in this way is molded into mold 1.
1 (the part folded back by the pin 14 of the mold 11) by the bead 19 formed in the recess of 1
7a (the part folded back by the pin 13 of the mold 11) 17 is formed, and the length of 17 is the desired length for the dial thread, and the plate that connects the beads 19. By deleting 18 and cutting off the part 17a that is unnecessary as a dial thread, a dial thread having a shape as shown in Fig. 6 is obtained.
It is possible to process many pieces at once.

As a result, it can be used as a dial thread in the same way as in the conventional case (it can be more strongly bonded and fixed with paint locks, etc.).

It is equipped with two molds, upper and lower, each having a concave part for forming a fixed part made of synthetic resin that folds back the ends of the thread and joins the folded parts together. After positioning the thread in the recess, a synthetic resin material is injected into the recess of the mold and hardened to form a fixed part made of synthetic resin, and the folded part of the thread is integrally joined, thereby fixing the end of the thread. Since the loop is formed at the end, the thread having the loop at the end can be uniformly mass-produced.

It is also possible to use a mold obtained by removing the runner 15 from the lower mold shown in the figure, and inject a fixing material such as synthetic resin from the outside into each recess 16. The present invention can be applied to a wide range of yarns that require loops at both ends of the yarn, and is not limited to this example. For example, if the thread is finally cut at the turning point of the pin 13 shown in Figs. 3 and 4, a ring can be formed at only one end of the thread, and various other modifications are possible. Needless to say, it is.
