All of these units are formed by arranging four sheet metal panels with a square opening in the center. A ceiling section assembled with the unit has upwardly directed edges around the periphery of the unit and at the central opening. A luminaire with a light source is installed in the central opening. Also, sound deadening material is placed on the ceiling, and sound damping panels are placed above it. In all of these units, ceiling support is generally provided by a vertical frame extending upwardly along the line of the connection between the ceilings. Such units include lighting, air handling, sound damping, flexible

B. Structure of the invention [Means for solving the problems] The present invention provides four rectangular metal plates 15a to 15d.
are sequentially arranged in a windmill shape with their long sides and short sides butted together to form a rectangular opening 18a in the center, and an opening 1 in the center that is approximately the same size as the above opening 18a.
8 are arranged in parallel vertically with a space for accommodating the sound absorbing material,
Bent pieces facing each other are provided around the upper and lower panels, and are fitted and fixed to each other, and an inward stepped portion 112 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the fitted and fixed portion, and openings in the upper and lower panels that face each other are formed. The opposing bent pieces provided on the four sides of 18 and 18a are fitted and fixed to each other to form a panel body, and a lighting fixture support frame 41 is installed on the top panel along the side of the opening 18a, and then Attach the lighting fixture 57 to the opening 18 in the bottom panel.
Constituent unit 3 with lighting equipment attached with translucent plate 71
and a second structural unit 5 with a lighting fixture in which a lighting fixture is directly attached to the top panel without using the lighting fixture support frame 41, and in the panel body, an opening 18 in the bottom panel.
and the opening 18a of the top panel are connected to the metal plates 77 and 77, respectively.
In the panel body, the bottom panel is closed with the opening 18.
a structural unit 9 consisting of a plate 113 having no metal plate and having an opening 18a of the top panel closed with a metal plate 187; frame 11
This is a prefabricated ceiling in which a stepped portion 112 of the outer peripheral surface of each unit is mounted on a receiving surface 111 of the ceiling.

Unit 3 with a lighting fixture, which has a light-transmitting plate 71 in the center opening of the bottom panel and a lighting fixture 57 located above the center opening of the top panel, and also the lighting fixture 57A
A prefabricated ceiling in which four types of units are arbitrarily selected and combined: a unit 5 with a second lighting fixture having a central opening, a unit 7 having a metal plate 77 attached to the center opening of the lower panel, and a unit 9 having no central opening in the lower panel. is easily configured. Since the prefabricated ceiling 1 is constructed by simply placing each unit on the lattice-shaped ceiling support frame 11, the ceiling space can be low. Since each unit is composed of interchangeable parts, they can all be assembled using approximately the same manufacturing procedure.

The structure of this structural unit 7 can be converted into a unit with a lighting device by removing the metal plates 77, 87. In that case, if the ceiling sag significantly under the weight of the luminaire 57, this can be converted by simple means of adding a luminaire support frame 41. Further, as shown in the figure, a sound absorbing material such as glass wool 89 is filled between the upper metal plate 87 and the lower metal plate 77. Sound below the ceiling is sufficiently weakened by the small holes provided in the flat surface 17 of the lower panel 13 and the flat surface 79 of the metal plate 77, the sound absorbing material 89, the surface of the upper panel 15, and the surface of the upper metal plate 87.

In some cases, rather than having a central metal plate 77 as in the structural unit 7, it may be aesthetically desirable to have no opening 18. Such a unit is indicated by the reference numeral 9 in FIG. 1 and more particularly in FIGS. 10 and 11. The unit 9 is the other unit 3,
It differs from the lower panel 13 of Nos. 5 and 7 in that the lower panel is a rectangular plate 113 that does not have a central opening 18, but otherwise it is a rectangular metal plate 115a like the other units.

It consists of a metal plate 187 corresponding to the metal plate 87 in the figure. These are assembled and connected in the same manner as in the case of structural unit 7 (FIG. 8).

That is, the downward bent piece 131 and inward tread 133 provided around the upper panel 129 are replaced by the upward bent piece 119 provided around the lower panel 113.
A step part 112 is formed which is fitted on the outside of the outward tread 121 and upwardly bent piece 123 at the upper part of the holder to connect the periphery of the upper panel 129 and the lower panel 113 and to be mounted on the ceiling support frame 11.

In addition, in this way, the lower panel 113 has the center opening 1.
8, the downwardly bent pieces 136 of the rectangular plates 15a to 15d are connected by rivets to the downwardly bent pieces 189 of the metal plate 187 that closes the opening 18a of the upper panel 129.
A horizontal bent piece 138 is provided at the lower end of the panel as shown in FIG.
It is fixed to the upper surface of 17 with adhesive. This supports the center portion of the lower panel 113 and prevents the panel from bending.

FIG. 11 shows a cross-sectional view taken along the line 11-11 in FIG.
The abutment position of b with the long side is such that the downwardly bent pieces 135 and 136 are brought into contact with each other and riveted together, as in FIG.

In the illustrated example, the bottom panel 13 of each of the structural units 3, 5, and 7 is shown as a single plate, but it may be formed into a pinwheel shape like the top panel plate 15. In this case, it is recommended to increase the strength by arranging the boundaries of the rectangular plates constituting the upper and lower panel plates so that they are staggered.

C. Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention has a configuration in which two types of structural units 3 and 5 are equipped with lighting equipment, and a metal plate is attached to the opening of the lower panel in order to make the appearance viewed from below substantially the same as the above units. Both the unit 7 and the structural unit 9, which does not have the above-mentioned opening in the lower panel, can be produced at low cost using substantially the same manufacturing procedure and using interchangeable parts. This structural unit is flat and does not protrude upward three-dimensionally, so
It is convenient to handle, and it is convenient to fill the inner space with sound absorbing material. Particularly advantageous is that the ceiling installation space is small. Furthermore, since the ceiling is constructed by placing each structural unit on a lattice-shaped ceiling support frame, it is possible to obtain a desired combination of structural units.
