In the conventional method, an operator on the terminal side sees this abnormality notification and issues a dump request (output of failure information) to the center side, thereby obtaining various information related to the processing program whose execution has been stopped. It was getting worse. Recently, there has been an increase in the number of cases in which terminals request centers to process large amounts of data in batches, and the drawback is that the terminals are not immediately notified of failures that occur during processing late at night. It was hot.

The terminal device is provided with means for energizing the power supply unit when the processing device receives the control signal, and when an abnormality occurs while the processing device is executing the processing, the terminal device is provided with means for energizing the power supply unit when the processing device receives the control signal, and when an abnormality occurs while the processing device is executing the processing, the energizing the power supply section of the terminal device by sending a control signal;
By causing the dump routine to execute,
The failure information output method is characterized in that the processing program at the time when an abnormality occurs during the execution of the processing and processing data related to the execution of the processing are output from the terminal device.

あるという2つの欠点を有する。(e) Examples of the invention The present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a block diagram explaining one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG.
The figure is a flowchart for explaining one embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a display section, 2 and 10 are control sections, 3 is a printer, 4 is a power supply section, 5 and 9 are transmitting/receiving sections, 6 is a keyboard, and 7 is a A communication line, 8 a processing device, 11 a processing unit, 12 a main storage device, 13 a data area,
14 is a file device, A is an execution area, B is a control signal, C is a start signal, D is data, E is abnormal information,
F is a request signal, K is a key, P is a processing program,
p is a processing program for each segment, Q is an abnormality processing routine, R is a dump routine, S is a switch section, and T 1 and T 2 are terminal devices. It is assumed that the processing program P stored in the file device 14 in FIG. 1 is taken out in predetermined units p (eg, segment units), loaded into the execution area A of the main storage device 12, and executed. . Note that data D related to the execution of processing is stored in the data area 13. In FIG. 1, when an abnormality occurs while the processing device 8 is performing processing by executing the processing program p, the control unit 10 operates the abnormality processing routine Q to perform the abnormality processing, and also causes the processing unit 11 to perform the abnormality processing. Notify of abnormal occurrence. The processing section 11 issues a control signal B and a start signal C, and the control signal B reaches the terminal device T1 via the communication line 7, turns on the switch section S, energizes the power supply section 4, and puts it into operation. . On the other hand, the activation signal C activates the dump routine R (after the abnormality processing by the abnormality processing routine Q is completed). The dump routine R takes out the processing program p in segment units from the execution area A and the data D from the data area 13, and sends them to the terminal device T1 by the control unit 10. Terminal device T 1
The control unit 2 sends the received data p and D to the printer 3.
Output to . Incidentally, FIG. 2 is a flowchart showing the above-mentioned sequence of operations. In this way, if an abnormality occurs at the center late at night, all information related to the abnormality will be recorded on the printer 3, so the next morning the operator can take prompt action based on the data output from the printer 3. becomes. In the conventional method, when an abnormality occurs, abnormality information E is output to the display unit 1 of the terminal device T2 or the printer 3,
When the operator saw this and operated key K on the keyboard 6 to issue a request signal F (dump request), dump information was sent from the center side. This method has two drawbacks: it takes time to process because it is a conversational method, it cannot cope with abnormalities that occur late at night, and it requires outputting from the beginning.

This has the advantage that it can be dealt with quickly.
