The conventional method is to set up a sales counter at the stadium or an outside ticket office (hereinafter collectively referred to as the stadium), and fans hand over cash to the counter and indicate the information to vote. issue the voting ticket and give it to Juan. After the race is over, once the refund amount is determined, fans go to a refund counter set up in the stadium and receive the refund amount in exchange for winning tickets, which is a common voting processing method. Some methods include placing an automatic voting ticket vending machine at the sales counter and issuing voting tickets without the need for human intervention at the sales counter, but this is essentially the same as the general method described above.

る。 Conventional voting processing schemes have various drawbacks as described below. First, fans must go to the sales counter to vote. However, the sales counter is located on the opposite side of the competition course, and Juan has to go back and forth between the stand and the sales counter for each race.
This situation is the same when receiving a refund, and you must go to the refund counter. Second, the counters are fixed and the number of people entering is quite small, so the area around the counters is extremely crowded, with long lines forming in front of the counters. Especially when the sales deadline is approaching, fans at the back of the line become nervous and even more confused, and fans who are unable to purchase the product start trying harder. Thirdly, both the sales counter and the refund counter require staff to handle cash, and a large amount of money is required for equipment such as solidly constructed buildings, tightly barred windows, and unbreakable counters. Handling cash at every race puts a lot of effort on the counter staff, and mistakes are bound to occur. If we tried to solve these problems using the conventional method, we would have to set up many times as many counters as before, deal with fans just before the deadline, build very luxurious buildings and shorten the distance fans have to travel, etc., which would require huge equipment costs. is necessary. The present invention seeks to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks. That is, it is a system in which voting processing operations are carried out via voting devices carried by each voter, and there is no need to issue voting tickets, and there is no attendant complexity in handling cash. Therefore, it is useful for fans to improve their services by eliminating the above-mentioned drawbacks, and for organizers (organizers), it is possible to reduce enormous equipment costs and personnel costs.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. Reference numeral 1 denotes a central processing unit (CPU), which is comprised of an electronic computer and the like. Reference numeral 2 denotes a portable voting device, which is lent to each voter and carried around. 3 is a communication line connecting the central processing unit 1 and each portable voting device, and is a wired or wireless communication line. Voters can interact with the central processing unit 1 via their respective portable voting devices 2 and communication lines 3. FIG. 2 shows an example of the internal configuration of the portable voting device. 4 is an input unit, which inputs voting details and sends a signal to the central processing unit 1;
It is configured with a keyboard, for example, and can provide a command input for recalling information stored in the computer. Reference numeral 5 denotes a display section, which can display input information on a monitor or display information from the central processing unit 1. 6 is a control section that controls each section.
Reference numeral 7 denotes a card reading section, which is a section for inputting information for identifying the compatibility between the voter and the lending voting device 2 using, for example, a magnetic card. Reference numeral 8 denotes an interface section, which is a section for coupling with the central processing unit. When the communication line is a wireless system, it constitutes a wireless transmitter/receiver. Next, the present invention will be further explained in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. When a fan, that is, a voter, comes to the stadium, he or she deposits the day's voting funds at the counter and receives the portable voting device 2. When a fan wants to vote, the central processing unit 1 and the communication line 3 are connected by connecting the voting device 2 to a communication line connector. Once the voter has finished preparing to vote, the next step is to enter the group number and voting amount in input section 4.
key in, and the screen is directly monitored on the display unit 5. Check this and if you are satisfied, press the vote button to vote. Repeat this operation one after another and when the necessary voting is completed, press the end button to end the voting.
The central processing unit 1 memorizes the voting details, confirms that the amount is within the deposit amount, and returns the vote each time.
OK is returned to voting device 2. If you exceed the deposit amount, you will be asked to reply NO and your vote will be invalidated and revoked. Next, regarding refunds, when the race is over and the refund amount is determined, the central processing device 1 automatically searches for the correct vote and records the refund amount in the deposit account of the corresponding voter, as well as on the display of the voting device 2. 5 indicates that. If necessary, the fan can display not only the payout amount for the race but also the balance of his/her own account by key operation on the display unit 5. When the fan leaves, he/she returns the voting device 2 to the deposit counter and pays it himself/herself. Receive the balance of the account and exit. In addition, the second
In the figure, a card reading section 7 is provided, but it is also possible to check the correspondence between the voter and the lent voting device 2 using a magnetic card, handicap card, ID card, card printed with a bar code, etc. In other words, in order to prevent fraudulent use due to voters losing their voting devices or replacing them, the voting device can be operated by inserting a card provided in advance at the counter into the card reader 7 of the voting device. This constitutes a check mechanism. In addition, voting device 2 for each voter
It is also possible to set a password corresponding to the password and enable the voting device 2 by keying in the password into the input section 4. Furthermore, troubles caused by unauthorized use can be further reduced by double checking the identification of each voter by providing the card and PIN number. By operating as described above, fans will have less movement within the venue, will no longer have to move between the stands and the voting booth once or twice every race, and will be able to take their time and think about voting. Also, there is no need to wait in line at the counter and vote without leaving anything behind. Also, since you don't have to go to the refund station every race, you can concentrate on voting freely. In addition, the number of cash exchanges is greatly reduced (only at the time of entry and exit), which prevents loss, pickpocketing, and other thefts. On the organizer side, the traditional refund counter can be used as a deposit counter and refund counter with manned staff to handle cash, eliminating the need for other conventional voting counters, reducing the effective use of space and significant equipment and personnel costs. This results in a reduction in Furthermore, since it is possible to prevent the movement of people and the omission of votes, it also leads to the prevention of flea acts, which leads to an increase in sales. Therefore, the effects of the present invention are significant.
