Therefore, the conventional aquaculture methods are that in shallow seas, seaweed cultivation nets are strung on pillars set on the seabed and are naturally floated out to sea, while in deep seas, seaweed cultivation nets are strung on tension ropes floating on the sea surface. Methods such as surfacing on the sea using a drying device fixed to a net have been adopted. However, in the former case, the drying time of the aquaculture net is limited by the tide, and in the latter case, the aquaculture net and drying device are fixed, so during the seaweed harvesting season, the aquaculture net is removed from the drying device. It is necessary to remove the material and move it to the floating extraction tension rope, which requires a large amount of labor and time. In order to do this, the seaweed must either be transferred to its original drying equipment or hauled ashore, which increases the cost of nori production.

The present invention has been made with the aim of eliminating the drawbacks of the conventional methods described above, and allows drying out at a desired time regardless of the tide, and does not need to be fixed to the aquaculture net like conventional drying devices. This is a highly efficient drying device for seaweed culture nets that can be easily moved to a desired location without any problems and can provide drying to the culture nets.

That is, in the present invention, a plurality of rising frames are provided substantially perpendicularly to the rear end and middle part of a bottom peripheral frame having a rounded front end, and the plurality of rising frames and the tip of the bottom peripheral frame are provided. A plurality of connecting rods connecting the vicinity of the apex are provided in an inclined manner from the intermediate rising frame to the tip, and are bridged from the intermediate rising frame to the rear end rising frame, and a float is attached to the bottom peripheral frame. The gist of this paper is a drying device for seaweed cultivation nets. The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.

The front end portion 2 of the bottom peripheral frame 1 is rounded. This is so that when the drying device of the present invention is pulled in and installed under the net under the sea surface, it can be easily pulled in and the net will not be damaged. It is preferable that the peripheral frame 1 is formed so as to slightly widen from its front end to its rear end 3. Note that for reinforcement, a connecting rod may be provided on the peripheral frame to partition the vicinity of the left and right intermediate portions. The size of the peripheral frame is not particularly stipulated as it varies depending on the dimensions of the aquaculture net, but normally, when the size of the net is approximately 2 m in width and 20 m in length, the size of the middle part 4
The width is approximately 1.6m, the rear end is approximately 1.8m, and the length between the tip and rear end is approximately 2.5m. In use, five drying devices of such size are connected together and placed under a net of the above dimensions.

The frames constituting the drying device of the present invention are all made of iron or synthetic resin round bars, pipes, etc., and the connection points are firmly fixed by welding or adhesive as necessary.

A plurality of, preferably two, rising frames 5 are provided substantially perpendicularly to the rear end portion 3 and the intermediate portion 4 of the bottom peripheral frame 1.
5' is provided. Although the heights of the rising frames 5 and 5' may be the same, it is preferable that the height of the rising frame 5 at the rear end is 1 m, and the rising frame 5' at the middle part is slightly lower at the front, for example, by 0.9 m.

The plurality of rising frames 5, 5' and the vicinity of the apex of the tip portion 2 are connected by a plurality of connecting rods 6, 6'.
In this case, the connecting rod is inclined from the intermediate upright frame to the tip, but this has the advantage of allowing smooth operation when pulling the drying device under the aquaculture net. Further, the connecting rods 6, 6' are installed from the intermediate upright frame 5' to the rear end upright frame 5, but as described above, it is preferable that they be installed slightly upwardly toward the rear end.

A float 7 is fixed to the bottom peripheral frame 1 within the frame. The float may be made of synthetic resin foam, a piece of wood, etc. If necessary, it may be of any shape as long as it has sufficient buoyancy to float the drying device, and the shape may be a plate or any other shape.

(a) To dry out the seaweed net using this device, no power such as a compressor is required, and the device can be pulled under the seaweed cultivation net by simply pulling the tow rope attached to the tip of the peripheral frame. It can be kept dry. In other words, it can be easily dried out in a short time.

(b) When using this device, normally multiple pieces are connected to dry out a single aquaculture net, but if you remove one device that does not require drying, Only that part can be left dry. Therefore, it is possible to adjust the strength of drying out in accordance with the healthy growth of seaweed buds (unnecessary drying will inhibit the healthy growth of seaweed).

(c) The frame of this device is three-dimensionally constructed using only relatively small-diameter round rods and pipes, so the contact area with the seaweed cultivation net is small, and nori buds are less likely to be rubbed and peeled off. .

Aquaculture in which a plurality of drying devices of the present invention that match the size of the aquaculture net are connected by a tow rope, and the tow ropes are operated at a desired time to be stretched on a tension frame cable floating on the sea surface. Place it under the net. The drying device floats above the sea surface due to the buoyancy of the floats, and the net is lifted onto the plane of the drying device's multiple upright frames, making it easy to dry out the drying device without having to fix it to the aquaculture net. After drying out, the fish can be pulled out from under the net and moored at a separate location using the tow rope. Furthermore, during the seaweed harvesting season, with the conventional method, the aquaculture net must be removed from the drying device and harvested by stringing it onto a floating tension rope for harvesting, which requires a great deal of labor, time, and expense. However, since the drying device of the present invention can be easily moved to another location by operating a tow rope, such work can be avoided and the number of drying devices can be reduced. This is an epoch-making invention that can measure the proliferation of.
