FIG. 11 and FIG. 12 show an example of a conventional pipe detachment prevention device for a pipe joint in a water pipe. This conventional device attaches a rubber ring 12 to the outer peripheral surface of the water pipe 1 on the outlet side, and connects the end of the pipe to the water pipe 2.
The pipes 1 and 2 are fitted into the socket to maintain watertightness between the pipes 1 and 2. In this case, the outer diameter of the tube 1 is set smaller than the inner diameter of the tube 2, and in the fitted state, there is a predetermined gap 13 between the outer diameter of the tube 1 and the inner diameter of the socket part of the tube 2. is formed. This gap 13
is designed to absorb the displacement and allow the joint portion of pipes 1 and 2 to be displaced in the radial direction and deflect within a predetermined range when the soil moves due to automobile driving, earthquakes, etc. This is to prevent damage to each tube end of the joint.

The conventional tube detachment prevention device 3 consists of a metal fitting 4 and a metal fitting 5, and the metal fittings 4 and 5 are each formed by being divided into two parts. To attach the fitting 4 to the water pipe 1, insert the fastening bolt 7 from one side of the flanges 6, 6 of the half-split fittings 4a, 4b into the round bolt holes formed in the flanges 6, 6, and then insert the fastening bolt 7 from the other side. This is done by screwing and tightening the nut 8 onto the bolt 7 on the flange 6 side. Thereby, the metal fitting 4 is firmly fixed to the water pipe 1. In the case of the water pipe 2 and the fitting 5, the fitting 5 is fastened to the water pipe 2 in the same manner as described above.

螺子部材である。 By the way, in order to prevent water pipe 1 and water pipe 2 from separating, it is necessary to suppress axial movement between both pipes 1 and 2 that exceeds the allowable extension range. Therefore, in the case of the tube detachment prevention device 3, the metal fitting 5
One end of the connecting rod 9 is rotatably attached to locking plates 14, 14 formed at positions deviated by 90 degrees from the flanges 6, 6 in the circumferential direction. And the connecting rod 9
The other end side is fitted into the locking plates 10, 10 formed at positions deviated by 90 degrees in the circumferential direction from the flanges 6, 6 of the metal fitting 4, and the tip locking portion 9a is fitted into the locking plates 10, 10.
By engaging this at the end surface opposite to the metal fitting 5 of 0, the metal fittings 4 and 5 are prevented from coming apart. Note that 11 is a screw member for preventing the connecting rod 9 fitted into the locking plates 10, 10 from detaching due to rotation.

As is clear from the above configuration, the connecting rods 9, 9 for preventing the pipes from detaching are either attached to the metal fittings 4, 5 in advance at a factory or the like and prevented by rotating and detaching using the bolts 11, or they are installed at the site. You need to install it in the same way. The actual work involves tightening the flanges 6, 6, bolts 7, and nuts 8 at the lower and upper (first
In FIG. 1, only the upper metal fitting tightening part is shown), and the locking plates 14, 14 and 10, 10 are located in the horizontal horizontal part. For this reason, there was a drawback that it was difficult to fasten the bolt 7 and nut 8 located below. There are usually a huge number of such joints in a construction section, which impairs the overall workability and takes a long time to connect, causing a long construction period. Moreover, the structure of such a metal fitting fastening part is similar to that of water pipes 1 and 2.
There is a drawback that the fastening state of the bolts 7 and nuts 8 located at the lower position cannot be visually confirmed unless the holes are dug to the bottom, and the workability is also poor in this case. Furthermore, since it was necessary to fasten the bolts 7 and nuts 8 at the lower position and to confirm the fastened state, it was necessary to secure a sufficient working space, and it was necessary to excavate a wide area around the joint portion.

た。 Further, the metal fittings 4 and 5 are usually prepared with the bolt 7, nut 8, and bolt 11 fastened together. Therefore, when fastening to the water pipes 1 and 2, the bolt 7 and nut 8 must be unscrewed and removed from the fittings 4 and 5, and the fittings 4 and 5 must be separated into two halves before the tightening work is performed. However, there was a drawback that it was time-consuming as it required removing and tightening many bolts.

Since it is integrally constructed with the connecting rods 9 and 5b, it is not possible to change only the connecting rods 9 and 9, and it is necessary to replace the entire metal fitting 5 with another one.

There is no need to excavate the soil below the water pipes 1 and 2, and the work can be done simply, easily, and quickly. In addition, the T-bolt 57 and the nut 8, and the connecting rod 22 and the nut 39 do not need to be completely unthreaded and separated; they can just be loosened, which saves the trouble of searching for these members individually.
Further, the work can be simplified. For this reason, when the nut 8 is screwed onto the T-bolt 57 and the half-split fitting 17a is attached to the connecting rod 22 and the bolt 39 is screwed, the tips of the T-bolt 57 and the connecting rod 22 are By upsetting the nuts 8 and 39, it is possible to prevent an operator from removing the nuts 8 and 39 carelessly.

7a, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, is a concave portion 2 on the rounded surface of the seating portion 21 formed in the half-split metal fitting 16b.
1a prevents its rotation and at the same time determines the position of the T-bolt 7, making it possible to reliably form an insertion space for the connecting rod 22. In addition, the connecting rod 22 is
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 7, it is possible to move to some extent in the radial direction and the axial direction of the T-bolt 57 in the space 24 formed between the opposing flanges 18, 18 and the protruding pieces 19, 19. A gap is formed between each member. This gap is provided to prevent the connecting rod 22 from interfering with the bending of the water pipe 1 and the water pipe 2 in the radial direction at the joint portion. Thereby, the water pipes 1 and 2 can freely bend in the radial direction within the range of the gap 13 shown in FIG. The front space 24 can be filled with an elastic material such as rubber, and in FIG. ) 47 examples are shown. 48 is a through hole formed in the connecting member 47 through which the T bolt 57 is inserted.
The shape of this connecting member 47 does not need to be particularly limited. For example, it is also possible to form as shown in FIG. In the figure, 49 is a through hole through which the connecting rod 22 is inserted. When using the connecting member 47, at least the half-split metal fitting 1
6a, connecting rods 22, 22, half-split metal fittings 7a, T
It is possible to integrate the bolt 57. Furthermore, the locking portion 23 of the connecting rod 22 is spaced apart by a predetermined distance from the end surface 18a of each flange portion 18, and can be moved in the axial direction by the distance. In other words,
It is possible to guarantee the expansion/contraction/flexibility of the water pipes 1 and 2. If it is desired to change the allowable amount of expansion and contraction, the screwing state of the nuts 39, 39 may be adjusted. In addition, in FIGS. 3 and 4, 58 is an elastic material attached to the tip side of the connecting rod 22,
It functions as a member that ensures the expansion/contraction/flexibility of the water pipes 1 and 2. In addition, the elastic material 58 expands and contracts.
The flexible operation also has the function of preventing an unnecessary gap from being formed between the metal fittings 16 and 17 in a normal state in which no expansion, contraction, or flexibility occurs; In this case, it also serves to prevent the connection between the metal fittings 16 and 17 from loosening.

Therefore, each flange portion 18, 32, 33 is not divided in the radial direction or the like, and can be configured as a single plate, and can exhibit sufficient strength.

For example, the connecting rod 22 does not have to be a prismatic body but may be a round rod shape. Even in this case, there is no need to remove the nut of the connecting rod 22 during construction work. Moreover, the metal fittings 16 and 17 can also be applied to pipe materials or rod materials other than the water pipe 1 and the water pipe 2. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the metal fittings 16 and 17 may be divided into a plurality of parts, such as three or four parts other than two parts.

As explained above, in the present invention, the flange part, which is the fastening part between the T-bolt and the nut, and the flange part, which is the fastening part between the connecting rod and the nut, are located on the horizontal side of the pipe, and the T-bolt and the connecting part are located on the horizontal side of the pipe. The structure is such that the pipe-to-pipe joints do not separate in the process of simply tightening the nut on the rod, making the fastening work extremely easy. Further, there is no need to excavate a wide area under and around the pipe joint. Moreover, the absolute number of bolts and nuts is smaller than in the conventional case, and T
Since there is no need to separate the bolt and nut and the connecting rod and nut, it is possible to significantly simplify the work. Furthermore, it is possible to prepare the whole as a unit, and there is no need to find bolts and nuts individually. In addition, the amount of expansion and contraction can be changed simply by adjusting the threaded state of the connecting rod and the nut, which is convenient. Furthermore, the flange portion is not provided with slits or the like to ensure movement of the connecting rod in the radial and axial directions, but is made of a single plate, and can ensure sufficient strength.
