本発明は空気清浄装置、特に、99.97%以上の
捕集効率を有する低騒音で軽量・薄型の空気清浄

空間を創製するための送風機とフイルタとを組合
せた空気清浄装置はすでに知られている。この従
来の装置はいずれも厚さ(奥ゆき)が極端に大き
いため全体として大型であり重量も大きい。その
ため、騒音も大きく、広い設置空間を要するうえ

発明の目的
本発明の目的は、捕集効率が著しく高くかつ送
風性能に優れ低騒音でしかも軽量・薄型の空気清
浄装置を提供することにある。本発明の他の目的
は、均一な風速分布を供給しうる空気清浄装置を
提供することにある。本発明の他の目的は、設置
空間の著しく小さくてすむ空気清浄装置を提供す
ることにある。本発明のさらに他の目的は、送風
機およびフイルタが軽量・薄型であるため、取り
換え取りはずしが著しく容易な空気清浄装置を提

発明の要旨
本発明の空気清浄装置は、各吐出口からの送風
方向が対向するようにケーシング内に並設した少
くとも一対の軽量・薄型送風機と、該送風機の前
方に配置した軽量・薄型エアフイルタと、該各送
風機間に位置し、各送風機の吐出流が一体化する
ことを防止すべく各送風機の吐出流を仕切る仕切
板とを有し、そのことにより上記目的が達成され
る。本発明の空気清浄装置は、また、前記送風機
の前方でかつフイルタの後方であつて、前記ケー
シングの一側面とは所定の間隙を有して配設され
た盲板とを有し、そのことにより上記目的が達成

の間隙61を通つて、盲板6の下面とフイルタ4
との間に流入する。送風機3の吐出口31から吐
出される空気流は、このように、盲板6に沿つて
通流する間に、その動圧が低減されて静圧に変わ
る。動圧の弱められた空気流は、フイルタ4背面
全面に均一かつゆるやかにあたり、均一な風速分

隙へ入るため、フイルタ4背面へはゆるやかでか
つ均一な空気流が供給される。送風機3が偏心位
置に設けられるときには、その吐出空間32をさ
らに広くするためにも仕切板5を、第5図に示す
ように、吐出口31の内側端311同士を連結す
るよう配置することもできる。この場合、各盲板
6および6は1つのハウジング2の中央部に、仕
切板5で仕切られた間隙61および61を有して
配設される。一方の送風機3の吐出口31から吐
出される空気流は、他方の送風機3の下側の盲板
6の下方に進出して、フイルタ4背面に進入す

減されかつ送風性能が高い。しかも、超薄型の送
風機と超薄型のエアフイルタとを使用しているた
め、全体として軽量でかつ薄型である。そのた
め、装置の取り付けやフイルタなどの取り換えが
著しく容易である。設置スペースも小さくてすむ
ため、省エネルギーを考慮した小さな作業空間に
取りつけることができ、それによつて省エネルギ
ー化に貢献しうる。この装置は特に、クリーンベ

Claims (1)
ーシング内に並設した少なくとも一対の軽量・薄
型送風機と、該送風機の前方に配置した軽量・薄
型エアフイルタと、該各送風機間に位置し、各送

送風機の吐出流を仕切る仕切板とを有する空気清
