Conventional technology Traditionally, in order to make spiral crafts, shells were sliced to create shell flakes, which were then cut into various shapes. However, cutting out thin shell shells, which are extremely easy to break, was extremely difficult. However, even if a skilled worker worked carefully, there was a high degree of damage.

In order to deal with such damage to shell pieces, a device called ``Decorative Piece for Inlay Using Shells'' has been proposed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 27-2686. This is made by pasting a flexible transparent plate made of plastic on the surface of the shell flakes and applying appropriate colored paint on the back side to make them resistant to force and to increase their flexibility. Although the device was designed to be able to bend in any way, since the invention simply attached a flexible transparent plate made of plastic to the surface of the shell flakes, the hard shell flakes could be bent at a strong angle. When this was applied to the corner of an object such as a container to be decorated, the crack was exposed through the transparent plate, resulting in a defect that prevented the finish from looking beautiful.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention is capable of bending a shell piece at a strong angle by grinding or polishing a thin piece of shellfish and placing it on a flexible film adhesive, and then heat-pressing the piece. The object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing decorative pieces using shells, which does not cause cracks in the shell pieces even when the pieces are exposed to water.

Function To explain the function of the present invention having the above-mentioned characteristics, the shell piece 2 is thinly ground or polished and placed on the flexible film adhesive 1, and then this is heat-pressed. 2 pieces of shellfish with film adhesive 1
As the shell piece 2 is buried inside, the molten adhesive 1 permeates into the minute cracks and numerous microscopic holes of the shell piece 2, and becomes a single flexible sheet-like piece A.

That is, through the heating process, the film adhesive 1
is converted into a molten adhesive, and through the pressure bonding process, the molten adhesive 1 is penetrated into the minute cracks and numerous microscopic holes of the shellfish pieces 2, softening the lines and combs of the shellfish. Flexibility can be imparted to the hard shell piece 2 itself.

In addition, the easily breakable parts of the shell pieces 2 are split in advance in the above-mentioned crimping process, and the adhesive 1 is permeated into the cracks created by this crimping process.
This makes it possible to make the shell piece 2 stronger, and through the heat-press bonding process, easily-breakable parts of the shell piece 2 can be detected in advance and reinforced.

In the decorative pieces using shells manufactured according to the present invention, the shell pieces 2 permeated with the adhesive 1 are made flexible and strong by the heat-pressing process, so that
It is possible to bend the corner of the object 3 at a strong angle and attach it freely, and since the adhesive 1 penetrates into the shell piece 2 and becomes rubber-like and flexible, the bent part It becomes possible to paste without creating any cracks, and it is possible to achieve a beautiful appearance.
