It was developed in the Showa era as a type of container lid with easy opening.
There is one shown in Utility Model Registration Application No. 153622 of 1959. This is a "lid that can form a tear opening, has an outer edge contour capable of covering the container opening to be closed, and has cutout parts and non-cutout parts arranged alternately along the contour of the tear opening." or a base material piece provided with a notch to serve as the tear opening, and an outer adhesive piece having approximately the same outer edge contour as the base material piece and releasably attached to the surface of the base material piece;
an inner adhesive piece having approximately the same outer edge contour as the base material piece and attached to the back surface of the base material piece; the outer adhesive piece and the inner adhesive piece pass through the notch of the base material piece; FIG. 6 shows a lid 101 according to an embodiment of the "Easy-openable lid material characterized by an adhesive material." The lid 101 has an outer edge 104 heat-sealed to a flange 103 at the open end of the container 102 to seal the container 102.
When opening, when the outer adhesive piece 106 of the lid 101 is pulled in the opening direction 108, the outer adhesive piece 106 is attached to the base material piece 1.
Since it is peelably bonded to 05, base material piece 10
The inner patch 107 is peeled off from the outer edge A to the inner edge B of 5 and is then attached to the outer patch 106.
06, the inner patch 107 is torn at B. This cutting is performed along the inner edge of the base material piece 105 (peripheral edge of the notch 110) to form an opening.

The lid 101 configured in this manner is excellent in that an opening of any size and shape can be formed at any position on the lid of a cup or tray container without requiring any other tools. . However, if the lid and container are sufficiently heat-sealed during filling and sealing, heat and pressure are applied by the heat bar, and depending on conditions such as the material of the container and lid, and the heat-sealing temperature and pressure, There is a problem in that the adhesive strength when bonding the outer adhesive piece and the base material piece, which was previously peelable, is increased, making it difficult to peel off, and the outer material may be damaged by heat. was desired.

The outer layer material 8 has a slit 11 formed therein, which acts as a cutaway weakened portion. Instead of the slits 11, perforations, scores, etc. may be used. The slit 11 is formed from a starting point A located inside the contour line 12 of the intermediate layer material 7, through an intersection B where it intersects the contour line 12, to a portion that coincides with the imaginary contour line 10 of the outlet, that is, an arc CDEF⌒. The outer slit 11a ends at the point F, and the outer slit 1 starts at the starting point A.
1a and located along and inside the outer slit 11a, with the band-shaped portion 13 sandwiched between the outer slit 11a and the point H near the point A.
and an inner slit 11b ending at . The slit 11 is an open curve that does not intersect with itself, so the outer layer material does not separate from the adhesive part 4, which is the peripheral edge, and is separated from the adhesive part 4 at two points C and F.
They are connected at a portion 14 in between.

[Function] From a container 2 sealed with such a container lid 1,
For the opening operation when taking out the contents, first peel off the point A of the outer layer material 8 in FIG.
3a will peel off from the intermediate layer material 7, so if you pinch this tip 13a and pull it in the opening direction 15, the outer layer material 8 will peel off.
The arc above the slit 11 in the band-shaped portion 13 of
The portions corresponding to AB⌒ and AG⌒ peel off from the intermediate layer material 7. When this peeled tip 13a is further pulled in the opening direction 15, the intermediate layer material 7 is removed from the portion of the strip portion 13 corresponding to the arc BC⌒ above the slit 11.
The attached portion 13b peels off from the intermediate layer material 7,
Following this, the portion 13c of the band-shaped portion 13 near the arc BC⌒ and attached to the inner layer material 6, that is, the portion 13c sandwiched between the arc BC⌒ and the arc BS⌒, rises.

When the portion 13c rises, the portion 6c of the inner layer material 6 that is attached to the portion 13c rises (the third
figure). However, the inner layer material 6 is stuck to the intermediate layer material 7 inside the arc BS⌒, and even if the portion 6c rises, it is blocked by the intermediate layer material 7 and does not rise, so the inner layer material 6 Cut along BS⌒.

Furthermore, the inner layer material 6 is attached to the outer layer material 8 at the outer portion 6b of the arc BC⌒ (FIG. 3). Since this portion of the inner layer material 8d is cut from the portion 13c by the slit 11, it does not rise even if the portion 13c rises. Therefore, due to the rise of the portion 13c, the inner layer material 6
is cut along the arc BC⌒.

Therefore, due to the tension, the inner layer material 6
Only c is torn off while it is stuck to the back side of the portion 13c of the outer layer material, and as a result, the opening of the outlet of the container 3 starts from point B.

In this way, the opening of the outlet is placed in the inner layer material 6 at point B.
This is done by causing a cut along two lines BC (contour line 10) and BS (contour line 12) starting from , and this is the result of the fracture stress being concentrated at one point B. However, the subsequent cutting of the inner layer material 6 continues only in the direction along the contour line 10, as described below.

The contour line 12 has a smaller contour than the contour line 10, is inside the contour line 10, and has a smaller contour than the contour line 10 as described above.
0 increases from point C to point D on the contour line 10, the direction in which the inner layer material 6 is cut at a certain point R on this interval arc CD⌒ and the contour line 12 opposite thereto Unlike the direction in which the inner layer material 6 is cut at point T above, the cutting at point R matches the direction of the force, whereas the cutting at point T does not match the direction of the force, so the stress applied to point T is no longer able to continue cutting along the contour line 12, and the cutting of the inner layer material 6 stops at point T or after an irregular cut following point T. After this, the tensile force is concentrated only on the side of the contour line 10 and continues its cutting. It is also possible to remove the container lid 1 from the container 2 by tearing between the CFs after cutting to point F, or if you do not want to separate the container lid 1 from the container 2, cut the container just before point F. By stopping at point E, it is possible to achieve sufficient non-separability.

[Other Embodiments] In FIG. 5, 1a is a container lid according to another embodiment of the present invention. The ratio of the area of the intermediate layer material 7a to the container lid 1a is very small compared to that of the container lid 1, which is advantageous in that less material is required;
After intersecting with the outer slit 11a at intersection B,
The structure of increasing the distance between the outer slit 11a and the contour line 10 is the same as the container lid 1, and when opening, peel it off from point A and pull it in the opening direction 15a, and it will open from point B, cutting the inner layer material. The cutting is carried out from point B along the contour 10 and the contour 12a, but along the contour 12a, an action that stops at a certain point T or after an irregular cut following the point T is also performed on the container. It is no different from lid body 1.
