A linear cylindrical bag portion with a specified width is formed for each position, and a fertilizer band bag for one row containing fertilizer packets for plants at intervals is housed in the bag portion.

きないという各問題点があつた。 Due to the above, conventional warp knitted fabrics form bag portions at multiple locations in the middle of the mesh, so that the diameter yarns and weft yarns that make up the mesh form bag portions in areas other than the bag portions mentioned above. The lining and outer material are knitted together, which requires double knitting material, and the lining and outer material are knitted separately at the bag portion, which complicates processing and increases costs. . In addition, the bag section is formed into a series of cylindrical bodies, and it is extremely difficult to insert the fertilizer band bag in the field, so the fertilizer band bag must be inserted in advance at the factory. It was necessary to insert it into the bag at each position. Therefore, the warp knitted fabric must be transported or stretched onto the slope with the fertilizer band bag inserted, which results in poor work efficiency, and this reduces the work efficiency of stretching the warp knitted fabric on the slope. There were various problems that could not be improved.

きる経編地を提供することにある。 This invention was made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to integrally knit the threads in multiple sections of the threads constituting the mesh in order to increase the strength of the mesh. The reinforcing diameter threads are temporarily released from being knitted into the diameter threads at each position at multiple locations in the middle of the mesh, and the locally separated arch portions are formed in such a manner as to communicate in the lateral direction at these locations. This allows the diameter threads and weft threads to be knitted in a single layer, and in the arch section, the reinforcing diameter threads can be formed simply by temporarily separating them from the diameter threads at that position, which simplifies processing. This results in cost reduction. In addition, because the fertilizer band bag only needs to be inserted into the arch that communicates with the soil in the horizontal direction, it can be set on site, and transportation and tensioning work are also simplified, greatly increasing the efficiency of construction on slopes. Our goal is to provide warp knitted fabrics that can be improved.

For example, the diameter threads 2 made of a fibrous material made of a polymer compound such as polyethylene are arranged in parallel at appropriate intervals in a three-knit configuration, and each of the diameter threads 2 is made of the same material as the above. In the warp knitted fabric 1 in which a checkerboard-like mesh 6 is formed by knitting the weft yarns 3 at substantially the same intervals in a manner perpendicular to the diameter yarns 2, the diameter yarns 2 include the following: Reinforcing threads 4 are integrally woven at appropriate intervals. In this case, the reinforcing thread 4 has a larger diameter than the thread 2 and is formed on a twisted wire. Then, the reinforcing diameter thread 4 temporarily releases the previously integral knitting for the diameter thread 2 at each position at multiple locations in the middle of the entire mesh 6 with respect to the braided diameter thread 2, By locally separating a width range through which a fertilizer band bag 7 (to be described later) can be inserted, from the diameter thread 2, an arch portion 4a that allows the fertilizer band bag 7 to be inserted and stored at this position is created in a horizontal position. It is woven in such a way that it communicates linearly in the direction of. In addition, after forming the above-mentioned arch part 4a, the reinforcing thread 4 returns to the same thread 2 as before forming the arch part 4a, and is knitted integrally in the same manner as described above. As a result of this repetition, a plurality of arch portions 4a in the shape of a horizontal character are arranged in parallel at intervals on the surface of the mesh 6.

できるように構成されている。 As described above, each row of arch portions 4a of the reinforcing diameter yarns 4 is formed so as to be parallel to the weft yarns 3 of the warp knitted fabric 1. Therefore, when a fertilizer band bag 7, which will be described later, is inserted in a horizontal manner into each arch portion 4a of a series formed in a plurality of locations in the middle of the mesh 6, each arch portion 4a holds the fertilizer band bag 7. , whereby the fertilizer bags 8 housed at intervals in the fertilizer band bag 7
However, the structure is such that it is possible to sufficiently fertilize seedlings and sowing into the mesh 6. In addition, jute 5, which is a natural fiber made from horizontal hemp, is integrally woven into the arbitrary diameter threads 2 between the reinforcing threads 4 at each position, and the mesh 6 is made of grass or other materials. It is configured to reliably prevent the planted seedlings and seeds from falling off when planting and sowing seeds that will become plants.

An arch portion 4a is formed at each position, thereby making it possible to insert a fertilizer belt bag 7, which will be described later, into the position of each arch portion 4a. It is configured.

易確実に防止することができる。 With the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 2, when the warp knitted fabric 1 is stretched by piling or the like (not shown) on the slope 10 of the ground surface 9 where embankment and earth retaining have been completed during road construction or residential land construction, As shown in FIG. 1 in advance or afterward on the warp knitted fabric 1,
By inserting the fertilizer band bag 7, which stores the fertilizer bags 8 at intervals, from one side into the positions of the arch portions 4a formed at each of the plurality of intermediate locations of the reinforcing diameter thread 4, the fertilizer band can be removed. The bags 7 can be stored and placed at intervals on the surface of the mesh 6 in the form of each horizontal line. Therefore, when planting seedlings and sowing seeds in the mesh 6 of the warp knitted fabric 1 stretched on the slope surface 10, the fertilizer band bags 7 containing the fertilizer bags 8 are assigned to each series of arch sections 4a. Because the above-mentioned planted seedlings are accommodated,
The sown seeds are fertilized from the fertilizer packets 8 at each location and can grow smoothly. In addition, when the warp knitted fabric 1 is stretched over the slope surface 10 and seedlings are planted and sown in the mesh 6, the warp knitted fabric 1 has a somewhat slippery property because it is formed of a polymer compound or the like. As a result, the above-mentioned seedlings, sowing, etc. will normally fall off. However, due to the above, the warp knitted fabric 1 has each reinforcing diameter yarn 4
Since the jute 5 made of natural fiber is integrally woven into the threads 2 of arbitrary diameter between the meshes 2 and 2, the adhesion of each seedling and sown seeds is improved, and it is possible to easily and reliably prevent them from slipping off from the mesh 6. can.

等の効果がある。 As explained above, the present invention includes reinforcing threads 4 that are integrally knitted with the threads 2 in order to increase the strength of the mesh 6 at a plurality of positions of the threads 2 that are knitted together with the weft threads 3 to form the mesh 6. , at multiple locations in the middle of the mesh 6, the knitting to the diameter yarn 2 at each location is temporarily released, and the locally separated arch portion 4 is created at this location.
By shaping a so that they communicate in the transverse direction, the diameter threads 2 and the weft threads 3 can be knitted in a single layer, and at each arch portion 4a, the reinforcing diameter threads 4 are connected to the diameter threads at that position. Since it can be formed by simply separating it temporarily from 2, processing becomes simple and costs can be reduced. In addition, since the fertilizer band bag 7 only needs to be inserted into each arch section 4a that communicates with each other in the horizontal direction, it is possible to set it on the site, which simplifies the transportation and tensioning work. There are effects such as the ability to significantly improve the construction efficiency of the warp knitted fabric 1 on the slope surface.
