The above-mentioned conventional hydraulic drive device includes one variable displacement liquid pump driven by an engine, and the hydraulic pressure discharged by this hydraulic pump drives two hydraulic motors respectively installed on the tractor and trailer. The system is designed so that even if one of the wheels driven by the hydraulic motor on the tractor side and the hydraulic motor on the trailer side slips, the other wheel can exert driving force.

However, since the conventional hydraulic drive system described above uses a large variable displacement hydraulic pump, the hydraulic pump itself is expensive, and if this hydraulic pump breaks down, it will be difficult to drive, so emergency transportation is required. The problem was such that he was unable to avoid the danger caused by the accident or move to a repair shop on his own.

This invention was made for the purpose of improving the above-mentioned problems, and when a large driving force is required, the fixed-capacity hydraulic pump and wheels that are driven are stuck on soft ground, making it difficult to escape, or the main pump side breaks down. We provide a hydraulic drive system for trailers equipped with emergency hydraulic pumps that can be used in the event that driving becomes difficult, making it easier to escape from soft ground, avoid danger through emergency movement, and move to repair shops. It has been made possible to do so.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, 1 is a tractor-side hydraulic circuit, 2 is a trailer-side hydraulic circuit, and the two are connected by a swivel joint 3. The tractor-side hydraulic circuit 1 has a constant displacement hydraulic pump 5 driven by an engine 12 via a transfer device 4, and this hydraulic pump 5 is normally installed in the transfer device 4 (not shown). The clutch shuts off the connection to the engine, causing it to stop. The hydraulic pump 5 is configured to discharge hydraulic pressure to the pipe line 6 side when the trailer is moving forward, and to the pipe line 7 side when the trailer is moving backwards, and the hydraulic pressure discharged to the pipe line 6 is transferred to the pilot switching valve 8. The hydraulic pressure reaches the swivel joint 3 through the neutral position 8 2 and the pipe 6a, flows into the pipe 9 of the trailer side hydraulic circuit 2, and the hydraulic pressure discharged to the pipe 7 moves to the neutral position 10 2 of the pilot switching valve 10. and reaches the swivel joint 3 through the conduit 7a,
It flows into the pipe line 11 of the trailer side hydraulic circuit 2. Further, the tractor-side hydraulic circuit 1 is provided with an emergency hydraulic pump 13 and a charge pump 14 which are constantly rotated by the engine 12, and the discharge pressure of the emergency hydraulic pump 13 is maintained at the neutral position 15 2 of the switching valve 15 during normal times. When the switching valve 15 is operated to the forward position 151, the pilot switching valve 8 moves to the position 81 and flows into the conduit 6a , and the switching valve 15 is moved to the reverse position 153 . When operated, the flow is made to flow into the pipe line 7a from the position 101 of the pilot switching valve 10, and the discharge pressure of the charge pump 14 is adjusted to the above-mentioned pipe lines 6a, 7.
It flows into the oil tank a to replenish the oil that is insufficient due to leakage, etc., and to prevent the oil from deteriorating in the closed circuit.

On the other hand, the hydraulic pressure flowing into the pipe line 9 or 11 of the trailer-side hydraulic circuit 2 is divided into two paths by the diverter valve 17 or 18, one path is connected to the constant displacement hydraulic motor 20 that drives the front and rear wheels 19, and the other path is connected to the rear wheel 19. The fluid flows into a constant displacement hydraulic motor 22 that drives the rear wheels 21, and these hydraulic motors 20, 22 drive the front and rear wheels 19 and the rear wheels 21 via clutches 23, 24. Further, a flush valve 25 is provided between the pipes 9 and 11, and a part of the return oil is transferred to a pressure control valve 26 for restricting the flow rate.
The water is drained to the drain circuit 27 via the drain circuit 27.

However, during normal driving, the clutch in the transfer device 4 is disconnected, so the hydraulic motor 5
is not driven, and therefore the trailer is driven by the power of the tractor. Next, if the tractive force on the tractor side is insufficient when traveling on uneven ground or on a slope, the clutch in the transfer device 4 is connected to drive the hydraulic pump 5. As a result, the hydraulic pressure discharged from the hydraulic pump 5 is transferred to the pilot switching valve 8,
The water flows into the hydraulic motors 20, 22 through the pipe 6a, the swivel joint 3, and the pipe 9, and each hydraulic motor 20, 22 simultaneously drives the front and rear wheels 19 and rear wheels 21 on the trailer side. It can easily cross rough terrain with its traction power and trailer traction.

On the other hand, when traveling on rough or soft ground, if the wheels on the tractor side are caught in the soft ground and the tractor side becomes unable to travel, switch the switching valve 15 from the neutral position 152 to the forward or reverse position 15.
Switch to 1 , 15 3 . Due to this, the emergency hydraulic pump 13, which had been drained to the tank 16,
The hydraulic pressure flows into the pipes 6a, 7a via the pilot switching valve 8 or 10, and is further supplied to each hydraulic motor 20, 21 from the pipe line 9 or 11 on the trailer side, so that the tractive force on the trailer side causes the hydraulic pressure on the tractor side to can be used to escape from soft ground. If a larger tractive force is required, the discharge pressure of the emergency hydraulic pump 13 is merged with the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump 5, and the discharge pressure is merged into the trailer side. As a result, the traction force on the trailer side exceeds that on the tractor side, and the trailer side presses the tractor side, increasing the traction force.

In this case, it goes without saying that the flow rate should be set so that the trailer side does not press the tractor side excessively. Further, in the above embodiment, the case where the axle on the trailer side is two axles has been described, but the present invention can be similarly implemented with a single axle or with multiple axles.

As described in detail above, this invention enables a stronger traction force to be obtained by driving the wheels on the trailer side when traveling on soft or uneven ground. You will be able to escape easily even if you are attacked. In addition, even if the main pump becomes unable to drive, the emergency pump can drive the wheels on the trailer side, allowing the trailer side to pull the tractor out of soft ground, etc., as well as providing fixed displacement pumps and motors on the tractor and trailer sides. Because it uses a conventional variable displacement pump, the pump and motor can be made smaller and lighter, and there is no need for a control system to synchronize the speed, so the configuration is simple and inexpensive. You can also do it.
