Therefore, in order to make a deck with this three-dimensional curved surface, it is customary to make it by press working, but this method has drawbacks such as the high cost of the press mold.

In the conventional balustrade device having the above configuration, since the support base 3 is not continuous in the longitudinal direction,
The decks 2c, 2d are weak where there is no support 3, and therefore, in order to provide sufficient strength to the decks 2c, 2d, the supports 3 must be installed at fairly narrow pitches. However, it is not easy to center and mount the upper surface of the support stand 3 so as to follow the three-dimensional curved surface of the decks 2c and 2d, and this, together with the large number of support stands 3, increases the manufacturing cost. ing.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the present invention, and the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 3 to 7 indicate the same or corresponding parts. Reference numeral 3 denotes a support stand arranged on the underside of the inner deck 2c and the outer deck 2d made of thin flat plates such as stainless steel plates with a single straight cross section, which is different from the conventional ones shown in FIGS. 5 to 7. They are also arranged in wide pitches. 5 and 5' are support rails disposed continuously in the longitudinal direction between the upper surface of this support platform 3 and the lower surface of the edge of each deck 2c and 2d,
For example, it is made of an extrusion molded product of a light alloy such as aluminum. Further, the support rail 5' is used by rotating the support rail 5 by 90 degrees within the plane shown in FIG. 2, and has a cross-sectional shape devised so that it can be made from the same molded product as the support rail 5. That is, the support rails 5, 5' have an inclined surface 6 that supports the inner deck 2c, a horizontal surface 7' that supports the outer deck 2d,
Mounting surfaces 8 and 9' to the support base 3 are provided, respectively, and spaces for tapping screws are secured on each of these surfaces 6, 7, 8, and 9. Furthermore, grooves 11 and 10', into which the lower ends of the packing 4 are fitted and locked, are continuously provided in the vertical surfaces 9 and 8' of the support rails 5 and 5' in the longitudinal direction.

Therefore, the overall shape is a spiral curve, and decks 2c, 2
The surfaces 6, 7' supporting d are manufactured by twisting the entire surface to become a spiral surface or an inclined spiral surface.

The lower edge of the inner deck 2c is supported by the support rail 5.
Further, the lower edge surfaces of the outer deck 2d are continuously supported in the longitudinal direction by the support rails 5'. For this reason, even if the decks 2c and 2d are made of thin flat plates, there is no possibility of locally weak points occurring.

As explained above, in this invention, a support rail for supporting and fixing the deck is arranged along the longitudinal direction between at least the lower edge of the thin flat deck on the side of the parapet body and the upper surface of the support base. The deck is supported by the support rail over its entire length, and there are no locally weak spots, which is preferable from the viewpoint of safety and design. In addition, local distortion of the upper surface of the deck due to assembly errors is less likely to occur.

に陥没したり抜け出たりすることがなくなる。 Furthermore, if the support rails for the inner deck and the outer deck are common, the support rails can be manufactured using one mold, and the investment in mold costs can be reduced. Also, if the support rail is provided with a groove in the longitudinal direction for inserting and locking the packing,
The packing is supported over its entire length, preventing it from sinking in or falling out locally.
