Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は農業、漁業等に使用する潅漑用或いは
注気用等の多孔性パイプに関する。 従来の斯種多孔性パイプは特開昭50−119433号
或いは実開昭56−59855号に示すように内径18mm、
厚さ4mmのゴム状のパイプに小さな開放性の孔を
多数ランダムに設け、これによつて0.4Kg/cm2
水圧で時間当り略1m当り1分間10の水を漏出
するようにしている。 しかしかかる従来の多孔性パイプはパイプ表面
が平坦であるため、土がそれに直接接し、長年の
使用によりその一部が土圧により多孔内に入り込
んで目詰りを起し、水の出が悪くなり使用出来な
くなる欠点がある。 本発明はかかる欠点を除去するものでゴム等の
材料よりなる多孔性のパイプの表面に多数の波形
に屈曲する細長いプラスチツクの突条を平行に接
着したものである。 以下図面につき本発明の一実施例を詳細に説明
する。 外径26mm、内径18mm、厚さ2mmのゴム等の可撓
弾性よりなるパイプ1にはその内外空間を連通す
る連続性の孔2,2……を形成する。なおこの連
続性の孔2,2……は例えばゴム粒子がポリエチ
レン結合材混合物によつて接着したときの間〓に
よつて形成される。次に第1〜3図示のようにこ
のパイプ1の外側には径1mm程度の細長いプラス
チツクの円形の突条3,3……を多数平行でかつ
波形に押出すことによつて形成する。この突条
3,3は第4図示のようにその隣接するものが互
に接着するように蛇行し、その厚さは2mm程度で
ある。この突条3を形成するプラスチツクの材料
は例えばポリエチレン、塩化ビニール、ABS、
ポリプロピレン或いはゴムの混合体等である。 本発明はかかる構成よりなるものであるから、
各プラスチツクの突条3,3……の山部の内側に
は周方向に延びる環状の通路4,4……が形成さ
れ、また突条3,3……の谷部の中心には比較的
大きな漏出孔5,5……が形成され、更にその各
波形の谷部は連続して環状の通路を形成する。 したがつて上記パイプ1の孔2,2……より外
方に漏出した水は通路4,4……でパイプ1の外
周に均等に配分され、次にその漏出孔5,5……
より突条3,3……の外側に浸み出し、突条3,
3……間の間に形成された谷部によつて長手方向
にまた波形の谷部によつて周方向に分配されて土
中に浸透するものである。 而して本発明ではその突条3,3……がパイプ
1を補強するので土中においてもそれを円柱状に
保持すると共に外側の土は各突条3,3……の山
部特にその波形の山部に接するので、突条3,3
