<Prior art and its problems> Conventionally, as a method for cleaning tea leaves after harvesting, for example, water and tea leaves are poured into a cylindrical body and the cylindrical body is rotated to remove dust, etc. attached to the tea leaves. There is a cleaning method called the rotary kiln method, but in this case, there are problems such as the tea leaves are easily damaged and the amount of water used is large.Additionally, when the washed tea leaves are taken out, tea leaves remain in the cylinder. When the next tea leaves are washed, they often mix together, resulting in a drop in quality, and in order to avoid this, it takes time and effort to clean the tea leaves remaining in the cylinder.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to solve the above problems, the present invention uses appropriate means to move a washing tank with a corrugated bottom sideways to wash tea leaves. The idea is to solve this problem by carrying out the process of draining and transporting the tea leaves in a series of steps that can be carried out satisfactorily. None, a tea leaf loading hopper is communicated with the upper opening at the starting end of the tea leaf cleaning tank, and the terminal opening is opened onto a tea leaf cleaning net conveyor placed horizontally at an extended position of the tea leaf cleaning tank. A plurality of water sprinklers for dust removal are disposed above the conveyor, and a starting end is located below the terminal end of the tea leaf cleaning net conveyor at the lower part of the tea leaf cleaning tank and the tea leaf cleaning net conveyor connected to each of the above,
A draining conveyor is arranged such that its terminal end is located behind and below the starting end of the tea leaf cleaning tank, and furthermore, the terminal end of the tea leaf cleaning net conveyor and the starting end of the draining conveyor are communicated by a tea leaf conduction plate. In addition, the tea leaf cleaning tank, tea leaf cleaning net conveyor, and draining conveyor are integrally linked by the necessary means, and a filtration system is installed below the draining conveyor to collect wastewater. A tea leaf cleaning device characterized in that a tank is arranged, and water is piped from inside the filtration tank to the tea leaf input hopper through a water conduit with a pump.

FIG. 1 is an overall explanatory diagram of the present invention, and 1 is a storage main body, and 2 is an oblong tea leaf cleaning tank that is disposed on both sides of the upper part so as to be able to reciprocate laterally, and in this case, the tea leaf cleaning tank 1 and the above A bearing or the like is interposed in the sliding portion of the storage body 2 to reduce the sliding resistance as much as possible. By making the bottom of the tea leaf washing tank 1 wave-like, a plurality of wave-shaped tanks 3, 3, . . .
A tea leaf loading hopper 5 is connected to the starting end upper opening 4 of the tea leaf cleaning tank 1, and a tea leaf cleaning net conveyor 7 whose terminal end opening 6 is placed horizontally at an extended position of the tea leaf cleaning tank 1 is formed. The upper opening 4 at the starting end of the tea leaf cleaning tank 1 opens upward.
It has a tapered shape so that the tea leaves that are repeatedly sent back and forth along with water from the cup will not scatter in all directions. Dust-removing water sprinklers 8, 8, . . . are disposed above the tea leaf cleaning net conveyor 7 in order to wash away dust and mud adhering to the tea leaves sent out from the tea leaf cleaning tank 1, and each of the above-mentioned water sprinklers 8, 8, . . . As shown in the figure, the starting end is located below the terminal end of the tea leaf cleaning tank 1 and the tea leaf cleaning net conveyor 7, which are connected to each other. A net conveyor 9 for draining and conveying is provided so as to protrude below the rear of the starting end, that is, to the outside of the storage main body 2. In order to improve the draining effect, it is preferable that the net conveyor 9 for draining and conveying water is arranged so that the angle of inclination increases toward the terminal end.

As a method for integrally interlocking the tea leaf cleaning tank 1, the tea leaf cleaning net conveyor 7, and the draining conveyor 9, a motor 11 and a transmission are installed on the right side of the storage body 2, as shown in FIG. 1
2. A power source A consisting of a speed reducer 13 is installed, and a rotating shaft 15 having disks 14, 14' at both ends is installed behind the starting end of the tea leaf washing tank 1. As shown in Fig. 2, one end of the circumference of the disks 14, 14' and one end of both sides of the tea leaf washing tank 1 are bent at both ends of rods 16, 16' into a dogleg shape. By rotating the rotary shaft 15 by the power source A, the rotational movement of the rods 16, 16', which are pivotally supported at one end of the circumference of the discs 14, 14', is At one end of the rods 16, 16', which are pivotally supported on both sides of the tea leaf cleaning tank 1, the movement is converted into left and right movements, so that the tea leaf cleaning tank 1 repeats the left and right movements. Furthermore, the end of the net conveyor 7 for cleaning tea leaves, the start end of the net conveyor 9 for draining and conveying, and the terminal end of the net conveyor 9 for draining and conveying are interlocked with the power source A through belts, chains 17, etc., thereby cleaning the tea leaves. The cleaning tank 1, the net conveyor 7 for cleaning tea leaves, and the net conveyor 9 for draining and transporting are each integrally linked.

In the present invention having the above configuration, as shown in FIG. is injected from the water conduit 17 with a pump into the corrugated tanks 3, 3, . By repeating the left and right lateral movement of the tea leaf cleaning tank 1, the tea leaves B were rubbed together with water in the corrugated tanks 3, 3, etc. and attached to the tea leaves B. After separating and removing the dust, the above-mentioned corrugated tank 3,
3, . . . , and then sent one after another from the terminal opening 6 of the tea leaf cleaning tank 1 onto the starting end of the tea leaf cleaning net conveyor 7. Therefore, the tea leaves B sent together with water onto the tea leaf washing net conveyor 7 are thoroughly washed off the dust and mud adhering to the tea leaves B by the dust removal water sprinklers 8, 8, . . . The tea leaves are transferred from the terminal end of the net conveyor 7 to the starting end of the net conveyor 9 for draining and conveying by the tea leaf conduction plate 10, and then transferred to the starting end of the net conveyor 9 for draining and conveying.
Above, the tea leaves B are sufficiently drained, and further, the water is completely drained by an air blowing device 21 disposed above the terminal end of the drain conveyor net conveyor 9, and the leaves are sent out of the storage main body 2.
