When the bar-stitched part of a sewn product such as knitwear or stockinette is inserted under the presser foot of a bar-tack sewing machine, the remaining part of the reinforcing tape sewn into the base-stitched part and the end of the sewing thread are grasped, and the fabric detection device detects the insertion of the bar-stitched part and operates the bar-tacking sewing machine, and when the bar-tack part is pulled out from under the presser foot after the bar-stitching is completed, the material detection device detects the withdrawal of the bar-stitched part and at the same time, the reinforcement is tightened by the scalpel. A bar tack sewing and reinforcing tape automatic cutting method characterized by cutting the remaining part of the tape and the end of the sewing thread. 2. Attach a cutter mount to the tip of the needle plate of a bar tack sewing machine, drill a vacuum suction groove in the center of the mount, connect a vacuum suction tube to the tip of the groove, and insert suction into the vacuum suction tube. A vacuum box is connected through a pipe, a fixed scalpel is attached to the cutter mounting base so that the cutting edge is located above the vacuum suction groove, and a movable knife connected to a knife drive device that meshes with the fixed knife and slides. A knife is installed as a cutting device, a material detection device is provided at the tip of the throat plate, and the material detection device is connected to the bar tack sewing machine drive unit and the knife drive device, and the bar tack portion of the sewn product is cut by the bar tack sewing machine. When inserted under the presser foot, the material detection device activates the bar tacking sewing machine to perform bar tacking sewing, and when the bartitch portion is pulled out from under the presser foot after the bar tacking is completed, the material sensing device activates the knife drive device. A bar tack sewing and reinforcing tape automatic cutting device characterized in that a movable knife is engaged with a fixed knife to cut the remaining part of the reinforcing tape and the end of the sewing thread.
