本発明は洗濯機の基台製造方法に係り、特に複
数の金型を組合わせて洗濯機の基台の樹脂成形用
金型を構成し、この樹脂成形用金型を用いて洗濯

よつて成形される基台が示され、第2図はその断
面図である。図において10は基台を示し、12
は脚部取付部を示し、14は脚部取付用孔、16
はセツト取りされる脚部を示している。基台10
は第2図で示す形状でコンテナに積み込まれ、現
地において脚部16は基台10から取り外され、
その爪18を孔14に挿入して係止し、第3図に
示すように脚部16は基台10の脚部相当位置に

り基台10に係止されているので、梱包時、輸送
時に細心の注意が必要となる。即ち脚部16は爪
18のみで基台10に取り付けられているので、
梱包時には輸送時に爪18の部分に大きな荷重が
加わらないように基台10の受部に緩衝材等を設

うに脚部16は基台10と一体成形され、国内向
